They gave us a free room upgrade. The room was quite spacious and very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet/dry area. For this price, having a vanity mirror was such great value! The hotel also has convenient laundry facilities with a dryer. This is the first time I've booked a hotel online and had breakfast included. Even though we didn't wake up in time to eat it, it's still a fantastic bonus, because the value for money at this price is just unbeatable.

Highly recommend this hotel! We drove here ourselves. Our first night was spent in Xining. When we checked in, the front desk service was absolutely fantastic. They helped us with hot water, gave us a welcome gift, and even complimentary yogurt, which was delicious. We had a lot of luggage for four people, and the front desk attendant helped us carry it. The staff on the accommodation floor also assisted us with our bags – everyone was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was very spacious and clean. It's truly rare to find a clean and comfortable place to stay when you're traveling. The room provided many disposable items, like toilet seat covers, a hygiene kit, and even a sewing kit – truly well-equipped. When we went out to eat, the hotel owner was also very helpful, telling us where to find good food. And because the temperature difference in Xining is quite large at night, the front desk sent up a space heater for us, which we really appreciated. Today, when we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift, which was a very thoughtful touch. Highly, highly, highly recommend! If we ever come back to Xining, we'll definitely stay here again.

The five of us chose three rooms: two standard rooms and one double room. Each room was slightly different, but all were very clean. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of the rooms, but all three rooms matched the images online.

The room is separated into wet and dry areas. The heating is very good. It is not cold at all. The breakfast is also great. I will stay here again next time.

The room is decorated in Chinese style, with complete facilities, clean and hygienic. There are even conditioners and skin creams (general hotels only have shampoo and shower gel), which feels great! The most important thing is that they also provide breakfast, which is rich and the restaurant environment is beautiful! The parking lot is also free. It feels like I paid for the luxurious service with the money of the common people! Worth recommending!
