Come to Qinghai Ring Line to choose Yuanteng Hotel is really the right choice! The overall decoration is simple and high-end, and the room has no smell. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Xining Station, not far from Mojia Street Night Market, it is especially convenient to eat beef and mutton, snacks, and there is a supermarket supply downstairs. The room is very large, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and it is particularly stable to lie down and sleep for a day; the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is enough to hot water in seconds, and the toiletries are complete and clean. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and you can mainly eat authentic small West Lake beef noodles. The front desk staff is gentle, the overall quiet is not noisy, the price is super high, come to Xining to strongly recommend staying!

First of all, we drove there. Their street was building roads and needed to circle from a community. Although I would contact me in advance to lead the way, it was very narrow and not easy to open. I think they should inform this in advance. The hotel elevator is also very hot, there is no ventilation or anything. There are a lot of white towels on the floor of the elevator, and they have been stepped on. I don't know what operation this is. Maybe I am afraid that their carpet will be dirty? I have never seen a hotel like this, and the suitcases are not easy to pull. The front desk said that I had upgraded the room type, and it did become a room with a projection screen, but at first it could not be opened. After looking for a long time, they found that they had unplugged the power supply. Later, we plugged in the power supply and finally opened it. It was a big black. Can't see. I don't know if this price is worth it. Haha, I feel that they still need to improve.

Hotel is on a convenient location- close to shops, restaurants, both famous moaques, approx 15 min drive from train station. Rooms are small but still ok for 2 people. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that we really don’t understand is why a room for 2 people includes breakfast only for 1 person and you have to pay extra for the second person.

Xining is a fantastic, vibrant city, and my biggest regret is not staying longer; it deserves way more time than just a quick transit stop thanks to its incredible food scene, night markets, and laid-back vibe. During my visit, I stayed at LETE Hostel, which serves as a solid, character-rich base for exploring the region. The top-floor communal space has real history and soul, beautifully flooded with sunlight, packed with green plants, a massive library, and even three cute resident birds. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind-hearted and welcoming, always doing their best to help out. Location-wise, it’s perfect - super convenient for the night markets, local food stalls, and bus stops, plus they offer safe bike storage for cyclists. For the price of a private room, the value and hospitality here are unbeatable, and I would absolutely stay again - and next time, I’ll be giving Xining the full week it deserves.

Three families came to the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop and chose this hotel near Mojia Street. The hygiene was very good, especially the quilt cover and sheets were very clean. The bed was soft and hard. The price was affordable. The room was large. The front desk was very responsive. I give it a big thumbs up 👍🏻. All relatives and friends at home praised it. It is cost-effective.

This hostel is absolutely worth it, offering great value for money, plus you get to meet a lot of interesting people. The owners are incredibly warm, welcoming, and easy to get along with. I actually met a like-minded friend here and ended up extending my stay for another night!

To be honest, the hotel is newly renovated, the location is good, the service is average, the first time I found a hotel that did not provide mineral water. The service staff cleaned the house so-so, stayed for four days and never mopped the floor and didn't change the sheets. Sometimes even towels and bath towels are not changed, and occasionally they are still used. I really feel too disgusting.

A perfect stay experience! The overall style of the Youth Hostel is warm and makes people feel like going home. Not only is the location easy to find, but the surrounding area is full of food, drink and fun. The sanitary details are well done, and the bathroom and shower are very clean. Living comfortably and worry-free, it is definitely a treasure youth hostel!
