The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station and offers excellent value for money. We even received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they proactively asked if we needed station pick-up service, along with attending to other thoughtful details. During check-in, they also kindly reminded us that the weather gets quite cold in the mornings and evenings and advised us to dress warmly, which was incredibly considerate. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was varied and perfectly to my liking, and enjoying breakfast on the 11th floor with a mountain view was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!!!

The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed, which added to the overall positive experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient as well. This was my first time staying in Xining; usually, I just passed through on road trips. I booked this hotel because it was close to the Provincial People's Hospital, where I had some business. I got the largest room. After registering my phone number at the front desk, I could use a WeChat mini-program to open the door and even control the room lights. Everyone says hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning, but this one actually does – good foresight, I guess! The front desk service was excellent. I asked for recommendations for places to visit, and after work, I walked to the nearby Xiaguan Night Market. It was within walking distance, and I ate so much I was stuffed when I got back. I've already saved this hotel on my phone's map for future reference.

The room was clean and tidy, and the wet and dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. The location right by the train station was super convenient, just a few minutes' walk. I was really surprised by how good this hotel was, especially for the price – definitely exceeded my expectations! 👍

The room was much larger than I expected, with a great layout. I could spread out my luggage without any issues and still had plenty of space to move around. It felt as comfortable as a suite. The hotel is incredibly close to Xining High-Speed Railway Station and the bus station, easily within walking distance. This is a perfect choice for anyone needing to catch an early train or those arriving late and wanting to rest quickly, saving both time and effort. The overall environment is quiet, the hygiene is excellent, and the service is very good. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, the service was good and attentive, and the price was reasonable. They even upgraded me from a room without a window to one with one.

The bed was comfortable, even without air conditioning. The weather was nice in September, but the hot water in the shower was sometimes hot, sometimes just a little warm. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good, close to a supermarket and many restaurants to choose from. If I have the chance, I will stay here again. It's a good place to stay.

My stay at Qinghai Kaiyuan Grand Hotel in Xining completely exceeded my expectations. Every moment, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. I absolutely have to sing its praises! First off, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive, making the entire experience fantastic. As soon as I arrived, a doorman proactively helped me with my luggage and directed me to the Sky Lobby on the 21st floor. Check-in was super efficient, and they even thoughtfully recognized my member status and upgraded my room for free, along with complimentary fresh welcome fruit. The 24-hour front desk was always responsive to my needs; whether I needed directions or extra items, they were quick to assist. The staff were friendly and professional in every detail, adding a touch of warmth to my trip. Secondly, the facilities were comprehensive and high-end, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The design of the Sky Lobby was simply stunning, blending Chinese style with panoramic views. In the evening, I even caught a breathtaking sunset – perfect for photos! My room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout covering over 50 square meters. It featured a soft sofa, a large desk, and even a humidifier to combat the dry climate in the Northwest, which was a very thoughtful touch. The guest rooms were fully intelligent, with features like sensor lighting and electric blackout curtains adding a futuristic feel. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub, and the toiletries were high-quality. The King Koil mattress provided an amazing sleep experience. The hotel also boasts a free gym, a table tennis room, a book bar, and a tea room – perfect for either exercise and relaxation or quiet reading. The amenities truly cater to various needs. What truly surprised me was the breakfast – it was abundant and unique. Served at the buffet restaurant on the 5th floor, it covered everything from Chinese and Western to Halal cuisine, with an incredibly wide variety. There was freshly prepared Lanzhou beef noodles, authentic Halal 'Sazi Mahua' (fried dough twists), and other local specialties, along with hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, bread, seasonal fruits, and excellent freshly ground coffee and squeezed juices. I particularly recommend the hotel's yogurt; its rich and creamy texture was delicious with grains or fruit. The dining area was spacious and clean, with plenty of seating, so there was no need to wait in line – a perfect start to an energetic day. Additionally, the hotel's location is superb. It's right next to Xining Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. Within a 1-kilometer radius, there's a night market, large shopping malls, and the distinctive Mojia Street pedestrian area. It's also close to the Dongguan Great Mosque and the Huangshui River, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The free public parking also eased any concerns for those traveling by car. It offers incredible value for money. In summary, Xining Qinghai Kaiyuan Grand Hotel excelled in every aspect, including service, facilities, and dining. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining and highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was clean and tidy, and the smart controls were convenient. The location was good. However, the smell of smoke in the room was unbearable, and at 1 a.m., some inconsiderate guests were making loud noise, which was really annoying. There wasn't 24-hour hot water; by the time I was almost finished showering, the water had turned cold, so I just had to finish quickly. There was basically no service; the receptionist didn't say much, just coldly handed out room keys.

Beautiful hotel with really nice and clean rooms. The location is great, near food markets and railway station. The staff was friendly and useful. Also good breakfast!
