I requested a late checkout as my partner and I was arriving late and this was accepted by the hotel. Very happy about this as it allowed us to get some well-needed sleep after our long travels - great experience!

Location is great, food is all around. Apart from occasional cigarette smell there's this bang and noise along the corridor by drunk guest. Luckily this only happens 2 times throughout my 9 nights there. Overall still a decent good place to stay in.

Can be very confusing to find the hotel as it’s located inside another hotel. But very friendly and helpful staff. Good location to travel all around Xiamen.

The smell in room 150 was too bad, so I added 80 for a room with windows, which was still terrible. The hygiene was terrible, and it felt like the sheets hadn't been changed.

The problem is that the central air conditioner can only heat, not cool. The temperature in the hotel lobby is cool, so the price for our stay is higher than usual. I took out two or three times the room, and then used the sauna in the room after a day of playing. I stayed for two days and went to and from the front desk several times. I saw all the guest rooms on the first floor with their doors open. Everyone complained that it was too hot and asked the front desk. That means no, the only option is to turn off the air conditioner and suffocate the person to death in the room. Then there is the cleanliness of the room. Before checking in, I asked if there were any available cleaned rooms. I asked specifically and they arranged a cleaned room for us. When we entered, we found that there were clearly visible blood marks under one of the pillows. It was extremely disgusting. , and the towel rack is also the same. The washed towels fall off when I hang them up. The quality is too bad.

The room is very good, with everything you need. The windowless room is pitch dark once the lights are turned off, so you can sleep all day and never know what time it is without checking the time.

The environment is OK, but there is only heating and no air conditioning. It's quite hot, so hot that the children have difficulty falling asleep. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Just simply check out the room, sorry it's gone?
