My parents, my husband, my sister, and I chose this accommodation for our family trip. It was convenient because there were three rooms with separate bathrooms. And there was a refrigerator in the kitchen that was a little bigger than the average hotel refrigerator, so it was convenient to store fruits and drinks. The location of the accommodation was quite close to the beach, but it was a little far from the average tourist destination. It usually takes about 15 minutes to get there by Didi. There was a bit of a problem with cleanliness. When I first checked in, the trash can was not emptied, and there was food left in the refrigerator by the previous guest. So I thought that the room was not cleaned properly after the previous guest left. And I don't know if it was the accommodation's policy, but it was not cleaned during our four-night stay. We had to take care of the trash and separate the trash ourselves, but the separate trash area was close to the east entrance, so it took 2-3 minutes, so it wasn't a problem. However, the smallest of the three rooms had a persistent sewer smell. At first I thought it was coming from the bathroom, but it turned out that it was coming from the bathroom and the sink inside also had a sewer smell. I don't know if there have been any complaints about this, but it seems like it needs to be addressed. If it wasn't a family trip, I would have just booked another place and moved. And the heater in the smallest room is too noisy and inefficient.

The house is a resettlement house. The decoration inside is very simple. The water pipe is exposed at the wall. The sanitation is also very average. There is a mark on the sofa that cannot be wiped off. The better thing is that it is very close to the seaside, which is more convenient and the community environment is also good. Fortunately, the community is relatively new, and there are still racks for drying clothes. The boss is also kind, and there is no cheating. The price/performance ratio is indeed not high.

The location of the B&B is very close to Huangcuo Beach, and the food street is right next to it, making it easy to find food. It's very lively outside, the community is quiet, and the environment is good. I drove here by car and the store's service was very proactive, and many details were handled in a timely manner. The car can be parked directly in the underground garage. Even if I have a child, the store was very considerate and sent me an extra quilt👍🏻. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine. If this price is equipped with a TV or projector, and the small tent is equipped with a floor mat, the experience will be even better (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵). Tent ⛺ I guess the children will like it when they see it, but it would be a pity if they can't play "tent game" because there is no mat. Fortunately, I had it in the car during this trip. When the kids got back to the room, they had a lot of fun playing around, which made up for the lack of a TV.

If you want to go to the beach in Xiamen, you can choose this hotel. It is very close to the beach. It only takes a few minutes to walk. It is very convenient to watch the sunrise when the weather is good. The little brother and sister are also very nice. I couldn’t get anything when I went back because I was in a hurry. Time and help with mailing. The environment is also very quiet. The room is clean and there is a washing machine and dryer. Those who take the baby out do not have to worry about the clothes not being dry. Five-star praise.

真的是圖片什麼樣子，實物就是什麼樣子，後悔沒有早點來這邊住。房東小姐姐人美心善。還很熱情。民宿位置非常好找，打車也很方便。小區裏環境很好。也很安全，附近就有一條小吃街。東西好吃還實惠。離海邊也近。終於圓了我早上看海的夢，唯一遺憾的是去晚了沒看到日出。有機會下次還來。小朋友特別喜歡投影，一定讓我加上這一句。

入住民宿的總體感覺都很好，房東人超好！整個入住過程特別順利愉快，房間很大，佈局是我喜歡的風格，簡約清新，各類設施也很齊全，非常滿意的一次入住體驗！交通也方便，離黃厝沙灘以及各個景點都很近。強烈推薦！！行程匆忙但是廈門我還會再來的！！！

第二次來住了還是很滿意，乾淨舒適，這次還加裝了投影儀，體驗感拉滿！！黃厝沙灘的日出真的很好看！！

設施：設施設備都很齊全很新，主要是有冰箱跟灶台和洗衣機，隨時隨地小冰一下，哈哈哈哈哈哈 環境：跟圖片裏沒區別！這是找了N多個酒店裡最推薦的一個信價比最高的一個酒店，在廈門找到一個符合價位的酒店太難了，但這個一點都沒有讓我們失望，酒店在一個新小區裏，環境很安靜，特別方便出門沒幾分鐘就到海里，邊上還有小吃街，非常非常方便 服務：小姐姐服務熱情，啥不懂的都會一一解答，最主要的是帶車的小夥伴們不用擔心車停放哪裡，出門就是一個停車場，酒店會幫交停車費。

來廈門多次了，這次最開心，住宿環境不錯，地面打掃很乾凈，能看出來用心打掃，樓下有特色小吃，四百米就有各種美食店鋪，離海邊也就不到五百米的距離，地理位置好！

非常靠近黃厝海灘，走數分鐘穿過地下通道即可抵達。7 & 8樓北門出去就有401路公交，非常方便! 房間如宣傳圖一樣，本來是奔着有提供廚房/廚具甚至是調味料來的，客廳房間都很乾凈整齊，唯獨廚房用品的衞生稍微需要改進😂 客服很有耐心回答我的疑問，謝謝帶我上樓的小哥哥👍

建議做好除臭 廁所反味太嚴重了 一陣一陣的 晚上不是自己睡着的，是被薰暈的。反應了也沒什麼解決方式。晚上蚊子很多，隔音很差，被打鬧聲臭味和蚊子三重摺磨。進門衞生一般，浴室還遺留着一把牙刷。小區環境挺好的，離海邊也挺近的
