Not at all clean. The bed had hairs all over it. Room didn't look clean at all. Even thought I only checked in in the night around 8pm,  at sharp 10.30am, at the checkin time the cleaners will be on your door knocking and making sure you check out. They had no decency to wait. Also, the front desk team were very rude.

Had a great stay, asked for extra pillows and was given them, the room size is great for a few nights stay and the bathroom super modern and the shower was AMAZING.

The room is small, but it's very clean and tidy, and it's very close to Victoria train station.

Only gave low marks as my partner was unwell and also my mum went into hospital was unable to get them to cancel it so did not stay there

The room was arranged in the basement. When I asked if I could move to a non-basement floor, my request was rejected because all the rooms were full. However, I was staying on weekdays, so all the rooms would be full? In addition, the room was filled with a strong musty and sour smell.

This time we returned to Tudor on our return trip, and the front desk reserved a room on the lower floor for us. So although there is no elevator, it is not a big problem. Worth recommending.

The room was very dirty. There were spiders on the curtains. There were water stains and hair on the sheets and pillows. There were hair and urine stains on the toilet and toilet seat, which had not been cleaned.

I know the room is very small. I chose this room because it is close to the station and convenient for early morning travel. There are still hairs left after wiping on the edge of the toilet, not one but a pile... Cleaning is too casual When you check out, you can't store your luggage and you need to pay for it. This is what I feel is inhumane. The reception staff is very cold and makes people feel unwelcome.

A small hotel, the atmosphere is nice, the bathroom is excellent, the bed comfortable. I don't agree that they charge to store suitcases for a couple of hours. The pillow are not good

No iron available despite booking stating otherwise. When asked the reception, Mr Patel, he chose to be rude instead of understanding. No reception in the building, it is across the road. Extremely small room but bearable for 1 night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel near Victoria station. Rooms are small but clean and modern. Lovely bathroom. A bit noisy because of the underground. Quite a good experience. Very nice lady who cleans and tidies your bedroom ! Good value. Will go back one day probably

Perfect for my one night stay. Don't get put by the temporary reception whilst the main one is being refurbished. My basement room was really quiet. Very clean. Everything worked! It was, in all honesty, too small for two people, but I was on my own so no problem. The rain shower was amazing! The staff (owners?) we're helpful and welcoming. Thank you Tudor Inn.
