Overall, we enjoyed the modern and clean room with comfy beds and pillows, and the delicious breakfasts.   The staff was helpful and responsive.  Unfortunately, a small piece of the ceiling in the shower room fell.   The staff responded quickly and moved us to another room.   Luckily there were no injuries.   We were impressed that the staff acted with speed and concern for our safety.     

Check in ladies are very friendly. Good breakfast with various variety. Will come back again.

The hotel service is extremely good. One of my family members had an accident and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially the manager Pengzhen Li(李彭珍). She took immediate action to care for the family member, and has been taking care of my whole family during our stay as well. She is quite proactive and always thinks ahead to offer the service we may need. Gave us advice on how to plan our trip and responded our messages promptly. It’s so good to see a greeting smile face who knows us and cares for us at the hotel every morning. Actually all hotel staff are with great hospitality, always greet with warm smile and offer to help. The hotel location is quite good as well. Close to the tourist attractions and close to local shops as well. Strongly recommend.

After booking the hotel in the morning, our exclusive housekeeper, Miss Liu, contacted us to reserve a parking space and inquire about our needs. She was warm and polite, and provided the required services in a timely manner during our stay. After arriving at the hotel, the waiter took the initiative to guide us to the parking space and carry our luggage. It shares a lobby with the Yazhi Hotel, where you can check in, and they provide welcome drinks - sour plum soup and wet wipes. The travel agency staff also gave a brief introduction. Entering the room, it was clean and tidy, and welcome fruit was provided. Every service staff member entering and leaving the hotel will greet you politely.

I stayed at Meihao, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Tang Dynasty City. The room was clean and the environment was good. The price/performance ratio was very high (three-star price, super five-star service, everything was very nice! The security guy Zhang Liuxin at the door was very good and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. The hotel also has free afternoon tea with many varieties.
