The studio king room is spacious & clean. The hotel is beautifully designed. Check in was fast but no one help us with our luggages upon arrival at the lobby.

It is a great hotel opposite of a long park. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. With a huge tub and great shower. Also the bar and sofa added positively. The hotel has one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever experienced. The gym has new equipment and an indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately it does not have a sauna and a hot tub. The nearest subway station is about 1.2 kilometers away from the hotel. If you are planning to come to Xi’an, please consider staying at JW Marriott.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel when we visited Xi’an in March 2024. The Studio twin room we stayed in was bigger than our expectation and the kids loved it. Cleanliness is top notch. I’m really nit-picking here but I think it would be nice if there was an option for the bathroom blinds to make it darker for when you want to wake up late as the morning light could be a little disturbing. There’s a park next to the hotel with running tracks. There’s a mall about 2 mins walk from the hotel which has different food/restaurant options such as Burger King, KFC apart from Chinese restaurants. Our flight was rescheduled and was delayed a few hours. I requested for a late check out(beyond the regular late check out) they agreed without any hesitation. I have seen several hotels which look quiet impressive in the pictures but disappoint when you actually get there. This is not one of those. The hotel is as good as it looks in the picture if not better. Will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Xi’an again.

Nice and modern hotel. Got upgraded to a corner studio room which was huge and very nice. Location is in the business district so a bit further to the sightseeing spots, but not very far.

let me first start by saying this hotel was way above my exoectations. they have beautiful set up and the art is nice. I was blown away at the top notch quality service provided by this location. if I ever come back I would book again. Ann was very proactive with checking up on our needs and Klose Li helped us when we were leaving. room was spacious and relaxing as well.

We traveled through Xi'an to watch "The Great Qin". It was very convenient to stay here to watch the show. There are charging piles in the underground parking lot. It is very friendly to drive the tram. The service of Marriott is impeccable. They helped with the luggage. The room was also very clean and the bedding was very comfortable.

Location: The location of the hotel is particularly good, with shopping malls, restaurants, and subway stations nearby, making travel super convenient. Whether it is visiting scenic spots or shopping, it is very convenient and saves a lot of time. Hygiene: The sanitation of the room is perfect! As soon as you enter the door, the floor is clean and reflective, the bed is neat and comfortable, there is no odor in the bathroom, and the toiletries are well organized. Towels and bath towels are white and soft, without any stains, which makes people feel at ease. Service: The hotel's service staff is really warm and thoughtful! From the smiling reception at the front desk to the caring greetings of the room service staff, it makes people feel warm. They can respond and solve all the small needs I put forward quickly, and it feels like living in my own home. Facilities: The hotel's facilities are very complete and advanced. The smart TV in the room can watch the programs you want to watch at will, and the high-speed wireless network is also very stable, which does not delay office and entertainment. The gym equipment is brand new and rich in variety, allowing me to maintain the habit of exercising during my trip. There is also a super comfortable bathtub. When you come back to take a bath after playing tired, all the fatigue of the day will dissipate.

Super good service, no thunder at all! Highly recommended! The staff are very polite and considerate. Knowing that we drove our kids here during the Spring Festival, they specially upgraded the breakfast coupons for the kids. The hotel in the High-tech Zone has an excellent location and convenient transportation. There are buses and subways outside. Takeaways will be delivered. The environment is great and the hardware facilities are commendable! Especially the museum cultural relics and artworks on the floor, which are particularly in line with the style of the ancient capital of Xi'an. The indoor environment is very design-oriented, and the room also makes people feel warm and clean. The bed is very large and does not feel crowded at all. It is also equipped with an L-shaped sofa and a square table, which is just right for the kids to do their winter vacation homework! The hotel is very cost-effective and the service center is enthusiastic. The attitude is very friendly. After checking out, the child's electronic pen for the learning machine was forgotten in the hotel. The staff took the initiative to call and ask if it is still in Xi'an. If it is not convenient to pick it up, you can arrange express delivery. It is highly recommended to stay here in Xi'an! And the afternoon tea and coffee on the first floor are superb! I will choose here next time! ❤❤❤

I brought my family to Xi'an for a visit... I looked at many hotels. Finally, I chose this one... Actually, I thought that Marriott Hotel was very good... But I didn't expect it to be so good! It must mean that the hotel management is in place... The hotel decoration is very high-end... Panoramic viewing window! The scenery of Xi'an is in sight! The service is also very good! The hotel also sent fruits attentively... The garage is also very clean... Those who drive pure electric cars are blessed... There are 6 to 8 fast charging piles in the garage... Huawei. The service of the lady at the front desk is very good! I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I come to Xi'an again because of the excellent service and facilities here! It's great!
