Not bad. Just average. Breakfast was good Staff was friendly , there is some issue about toilet blocking but hopefully that will sorted out for next costumer,

Did not meet my expectation especially with the value I paid for 3nights! Even the staff was supportive to help me finding proper room, but it seems it was a wrong decission of me from beginning.

The rooms are very shabby. Breakfasts are quite poor and the same every day. The location is excellent. Service is also good.

The staff is so nice. Yet, there are rooms of improvements in the accommodation services provided here. There were dust at the corners of the bed, while door couldn’t be locked properly. Also, it takes more than a minute to get hot water in the showering stand. Besides, the light next to the bed didn’t function well. I even smelt something bad when I just entered the room, and the smell was from the bathroom. The staff has to work on that!

Room was ok, clean and bright, only downside was the bathroom, it was a tight squeeze for my daughter as she is 6 ft and it had wall that jutted out by about a foot so very tight to wash her hair in the shower.

This is my second stay this year at this hotel and it’s lovely however when I came in January with my husband our room was lovely it had a fridge and everything and was quite large but this time I stayed with my daughter a twin room it was much smaller and no fridge and was more Expensive I guess it’s to do with the type of traveller you are and the time of year. Was still an enjoyable trip

The hotel is simple, but nice enough for a few nights stay. Very good breakfast.

We visited on the 4th July for one night only, our experience was very unsatisfactory. We had a twin room (263) on the ground floor, the room was small, very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The toilet door would not close, the sink plug hole leaked and the room lacked cleanliness. The breakfast again was disappointing, poor quality food, more suitable for a pig trough.

Hotel is far from a 4 star, i’d say 2 stars at a push. Hotel is very dated, the decor in the corridors is all chipped and needs re painting, it isn’t a good look. Our room looked nothing like the pictures and the bathroom was very dated. There were no bottles of water left in the room which for a 4 star hotel, you would expect. The cold tap in the bathroom had warm water coming out. Beds not very comfortable. The only good thing about this hotel for us was location as we needed to be close to Hyde Park.

I was very impressed with the hotel. Staff were so friendly & helpful . Great breakfast. Will definitely recommend it.

Hands down the friendliest hotel in London! Spent four amazing days here where the lovely front desk girls treated me like royalty. They helped with everything – even my heavy suitcase got a personal escort! Dear Manager, if these brilliant ladies aren't getting a pay rise yet, we need to have a chat over tea ☕️

Great food and drink ,, nice old style hotel and close to Hyde Park  Staff very friendly and has full concierge service

Accommodation was not good value for money. My window didn't shut properly, meaning there was a draft coming through the entire night. Black mould/poor ventilation around the window. Shower was coming off the wall. TV didn't work. The rooms need to be completely renovated.
