Nice hotel for vacation day. The receptionist named truc truc is friendly and very helpful.

Nice hotel with lovely views of the bay

Not suitable for foreigners. Their locals are super noisy and rowdy especially during breakfast time. Location is near seaside. Won’t come again for sure.

This hotel is Highly recommended there is located nearby many attractions, beach and local restaurant etc. staff are extremely helpful especially Ms. Trun and Ms. Hieu, we are very happy to stay at this hotel for our special occasion.

Good location of the hotel, opposite Vinpearl. Breakfasts are varied, delicious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are tired, cleaning every day, the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The pool is nothing special. If you like the hotel, you can stay for 2-3 days. There is a restaurant nearby where you can order seafood.

Good hotel, the staff helps, used a translator - everything is great and clear. Breakfasts are quite good, there is tasty European food and some that we don't really understand, because it is very Asian. They make scrambled eggs and pho bo at the station. The room is clean, they clean it every day, but for some reason they put 1 small jar of shampoo and gel for 2 people. Towels are changed every day, bed linen every 3 nights. You can't dry things on the balcony, which is strange for me, you can only dry them in the bathroom... beach towels are given out at the reception. The glass in the hotel needs cleaning, especially in the pool. The hotel is located away from the noise, you can walk to the noise and party scene. Near the hotel there are bus stops to the airport, to Vinpearl and 12 to Zoklet. The deposit was returned quickly and without problems

The accommodation is in a good location, just across the road from the beach. Breakfast has a variety of choices. The staff, Mr. Long and Ms. Hoa, gave very good advice. The accommodation is affordable and worth it. They also helped upgrade the room to a sea view for free.

- The hotel suite room has a 2-sided sea view but another building has built up blocking the 1-sided sea view. - The toilet has a strange smell even though it has been cleaned - Staff Thao, Nhien take care of guests enthusiastically and thoughtfully - The hotel is near the sea, near Po Nagar Tower, Agarwood Tower, ...

The hotel is located 10 minutes leisurely walk to the tourist area. But the beach is almost empty, sun loungers for 100 thousand dong per day, and if you walk towards the central beach 5 minutes, then you can relax under the palm trees for free and almost alone 😃 our cleaning was done daily, no complaints at all. Breakfasts are really meager for Russians - scrambled eggs, rice, pasta, fruits and sweets: biscuit cakes. Most of the hotel residents are Chinese, but this did not bother us at all. It is not far to go to all the attractions and very cheap by taxi, a beautiful view of Vinpearl. The staff at the reception is great, always smiling and ready to help at any time 😉 success and prosperity to you, thank you for the holiday ❤️

Choose a room with a little view. The price is very good. The room is clean and the bathroom is clean. My travel companion forgot his passport on the bus. The staff helped him find it. The staff named Truc Truc at the reception provided good service and was very cute. The accommodation is right on the sea. Just cross the road and you will arrive.

The hotel is located perfectly, more or less quietly, 20 minutes walk to Lotus, next to a deserted beach with a good sandy entrance (we liked the southern one more than the northern and central ones). They were ready to clean the room every day, but we asked for it every other day. When checking in, they asked for a deposit of $ 100, we gave 500 dong, returned it upon check-out without any problems. Breakfasts are meager, but quite good. The view is super.

We recommend this hotel! It is away from the center, not so noisy from tourists, music, karaoke. The sea view is gorgeous, a full balcony, the room is large, we lived in 34 sq.m. on the 17th floor. The breakfasts are monotonous, like everywhere else, but tasty and we ate our fill. The beach is nearby, city. It was possible to rent a sun lounger with a towel. They cleaned every day, towels were changed too. Bed linen was changed every other day. We did not see any insects. The guys at the reception are responsive, English and a translator will help you communicate. Two elevators, there were no traffic jams, but it was not the season, although we were before their New Year.

I have been here many times and feel very satisfied with the customer care service of all the staff here, always supporting customers from the time they enter until they leave. Especially, Ms. Truc takes very good care of customers and upgraded the room to 2 levels for me. Ms. Thao and Ms. Nhien happily and enthusiastically guided me. I will come back next time.
