Hotel is excellent, the room is so big and fully renovated, more than happy!

Very bad hotel experience I have been driving around China for more than five years, covering more than 300,000 kilometers, visiting nearly 300 cities in China, and staying in countless hotels of various star ratings. This is the first time I have experienced the "extraordinary treatment" in a hotel buffet restaurant. I booked the "Wuzhou Jiangbin International Hotel" one day in advance and arrived at 4 pm the next day. While checking in, I asked the girl at the front desk about the hotel buffet. The girl replied on the spot that I could go there for dinner at 6 pm. After finishing my workout, I went to the hotel front desk again at 5:45 pm and asked about the location and dining hours of the hotel buffet restaurant. The girl at the front desk replied that I could go to the buffet restaurant for dining now. I excitedly came to the buffet on the second floor of Building 2 of the hotel and looked for the person in charge on site to purchase the buffet. The girl in charge of the hotel buffet restaurant asked very coldly: Do you have a reservation? We said that we had just checked into the hotel this afternoon and did not have a reservation. The cold-hearted girl immediately replied: You cannot dine in without a reservation. We explained again and again that the hotel was booked one day in advance, and when booking the hotel, no one reminded us that we also had to book the hotel's buffet at the same time. The cold-hearted lady didn't give us any chance to explain and said that we couldn't dine in without a reservation. Haha, okay. After encountering many strange things, you will get used to them. At this time, it happens to be the fifth day of the ***** New Year in 2025, a good day for every household to "welcome the God of Wealth". What should we do if we encounter a restaurant supervisor who refuses to let in "God of Wealth customers"? ? ? Then let's go If you don't welcome it, let's change the place. Just outside the hotel is the Wuzhou specialty food "Lao Wuzhou". On the fifth day of the ***** New Year, the restaurant was already fully booked, but the owner still found a way to arrange a large private room for the two of us. There is no harm without comparison. The good news is that when I returned to the room at night, the hotel lobby manager called and apologized repeatedly for the incident, which to a great extent made up for the damage caused by this bizarre experience. Overall, the hardware facilities of Riverside International Hotel are average, the breakfast is simple, and the gym is poorly equipped. The security guard at the hotel entrance lacks responsibility Front desk service is not in place There is a lack of effective closed-loop management between the hotel’s own buffet restaurant and the hotel. The above problems collectively reflect that hotel management is disorderly and relevant training is inadequate. Fortunately, the lobby manager apologized in time. Fortunately, I was able to taste the delicacies of "Old Wuzhou". Fortunately, I met the "tea grower" of Wuzhou Liubao tea. . . Thanks to Wuzhou Grateful for meeting I hope Jiangbin International can correct its mistakes if they are wrong and continue to work hard if they are not.

The room is clean and tidy and quite spacious. The breakfast is rich and the evening buffet is also good. Good service. Not only were there snacks, but there were also water cups as souvenirs.

I don’t understand why such a high-end hotel uses such poor toiletries! Everything else is really good and the hotel is luxurious, as long as the quality of the supplies can be improved, it will be fine!

The Riverside Hotel is in a great location, right next to the city government. It is newly renovated, spacious, clean and tidy, and the service is warm and courteous. The banquet hall in Building 2 serves excellent tea. It is indeed a hotel managed by White Swan.

The room facilities are old and have a sense of age, the toilet flush and shower water pressure are low, and the mattress is thin and hard. I called customer service and was told that they would give me a quilt as the bottom, so they gave me an old quilt cover to cover it. A foul stench. I endured all the above. I drove 1,200 kilometers from Kunming and passed by Wuzhou at around 12 o'clock that day. I made a temporary reservation at this hotel on the way. When I arrived at the lobby of Building 1 of the hotel, no one was off work. I asked a lot and the customer service at night was only in Building 2. I went to work and walked around a lot with my luggage. I was too tired and sleepy to change. Although there was a coffee machine for breakfast the next day, it was still made from ground coffee. The only thing I can like is that there are charging stations downstairs.

This hotel definitely exceeded expectations and received five-star praise! No wonder so many people recommend it! New facilities, good hygiene, rich breakfast, convenient parking and good service.

Hygiene: Very clean. Building 2 is relatively new, although the decoration style is still old-fashioned. Facilities: The bathroom design is not reasonable enough. There is no place to hang towels and clothes, which is a bit inconvenient. The bedding was really hard and I woke up many times during the night. New Year's Adventure Lucky Bag: Wuzhou Specialties! ! The two rooms I booked are the same. Both were upgraded from standard rooms to suites. I asked for a quieter, higher floor and didn't want a room at the end. The service was good, just like the previous review.
