Hotel is excellent, the room is so big and fully renovated, more than happy!

The room facilities are old and have a sense of age, the toilet flush and shower water pressure are low, and the mattress is thin and hard. I called customer service and was told that they would give me a quilt as the bottom, so they gave me an old quilt cover to cover it. A foul stench. I endured all the above. I drove 1,200 kilometers from Kunming and passed by Wuzhou at around 12 o'clock that day. I made a temporary reservation at this hotel on the way. When I arrived at the lobby of Building 1 of the hotel, no one was off work. I asked a lot and the customer service at night was only in Building 2. I went to work and walked around a lot with my luggage. I was too tired and sleepy to change. Although there was a coffee machine for breakfast the next day, it was still made from ground coffee. The only thing I can like is that there are charging stations downstairs.

The two rooms I booked are the same. Both were upgraded from standard rooms to suites. I asked for a quieter, higher floor and didn't want a room at the end. The service was good, just like the previous review.

I waited for half an hour to check in. Although I arrived at 1450. The May Day check-in may be a bit overloaded and the service is not up to par. Other aspects are OK. The facilities are quite complete, even the toilet seat cover is provided. The small gifts are also very local.

The hotel service and hygiene are good, but the maintenance of the room facilities should be strengthened. The door of the bathroom in Room 1118, Building 2, hits the door frame and cannot be closed.

The environment of Building 2 is better, and the morning tea is also very good.

The service staff is very polite and takes the initiative to greet and carry luggage. The hotel is in a good location, in the city center and not far from the river. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and large. There are many Chinese and Western breakfasts.

It is hot. Finally, I live here because there is a Tesla charger. Unexpectedly, the room is quite good. The surrounding environment is also good. I also got a special small gift box.

I have been to Wuzhou several times and this is the hotel with the best experience. The hardware facilities should be of five-star level. The service management is good, the reception is polite, and they take the initiative to see off customers. They also considerately prepare children's toothpaste and slippers for the children.
