Excellent stay, large and luxurious bathrooms. Area is ok, in the central business area, well connected via tube but not in the thick of the action, not a criticism more to note. Very friendly staff

Room very average and has an old , musty smell. Fridge was broken also which contributes to the smell. Informed the reception to take a look and fix if necessary. When we came back, they said they managed to fix. Back to the room, still not working. Not the kind of service or compensation you would expect for a prestigious brand

Very good hotel, rooms a little bit old. The bed is very comfortable, not every night they come to clean for the second time. Staff is nice.

The Ritz-Carlton never disappoints me every time. The hotel is located at the entrance to Potsdamer Platz, with convenient transportation. There is an Oriental Chinese supermarket under the station, which is very convenient for shopping. It is a few minutes' walk to the Jewish Memorial and the Brandenburg Gate. The hotel facilities gym and fitness equipment are great. The hotel breakfast is very worthwhile, the quality and variety of fruits are excellent, and everything else is also very good. The room facilities are first-class, but the toilet and shower room are together. Be sure to wipe the floor dry after taking a shower, otherwise you may fall down.

We stayed here for 7 nights. The phone in the first room was broken, and the windowsill and bedside table were covered with a thin layer of dust. The front desk changed our room later. We stayed for a week and didn't sleep well for a single day. As for the service, only the front desk and the doorman were good. The other services were very poor. The breakfast was not fresh, and there was often a lack of food. The service was not good either. The most ridiculous thing was the last night. The waiter set the room alarm without our knowledge when cleaning ⏰. We were woken up early in the morning and felt so sad. Also, we ordered food in the room, but it didn't arrive after waiting for an hour. The Germans are really too slow. It's not worth the price and five stars at all.

The location is extremely advantageous. It is located in Potsdamer Platz in the center of Berlin, so the safety factor is very high (unlike East Berlin and other places where it is very chaotic). It is a one-person trip! Highly recommend this place; you can walk to the Berlin Philharmonic Hall and Brandenburg after saving. Famous attractions include the Gate and the Berlin Film Museum. The room area is very large, starting at 40m². We recommend the king bed room with a view. The window faces the main street and the scenery and lighting are very good. Breakfast quality is very good!

I liked the hotel!!! Super tasty and varied breakfasts ❤️ we arrived in Berlin at 8:00 and they checked us in right away, which was incredibly nice and convenient, we were able to get a good night's sleep))) our French bulldog was also welcome, they provided treats and a bed) we will definitely come back 😊👌
