Nice hotel in center. Reception very nice.....is ok for short stay....Center real near convenient....

The location is excellent and was very convenient for where I needed to be. The check in was ultra smooth and the girls at the front desk were fantastic. They even gave me a big warm cookie upon arrival. They told me about all the details of the pool etc which was great. The room was excellent. Very clean and well put together. Amazing bath tub!!!! Good TV with some good channels on there. Excellent service all around. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Location is good coz it's only 20mins from the airport. Service is so so coz I didn't use any not even breakfast coz it wasn't opened until 6:30am when I've to chk out to catch my flight. TV reception & quality are not so good. Images are over the screen size & talking not matching the month movement at all. USB type A plugs on the wall are not working also.

First time staying at Doubletree. Cleanliness as expected from Hilton group. Breakfast spread is sufficient but not exceptional. Will recommend for short stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, the service was thoughtful and meticulous, and I really enjoyed my trip. The atmosphere and service of a high-end hotel are worth staying in multiple times.

It was a very outrageous experience. Because I had to book two rooms and one room needed to be paid at the hotel, I used the Hilton Diamond card to place separate orders on Ctrip and the official website for four consecutive nights. Then on the day of check-in, I told the hotel in advance that I would leave one day earlier, and the front desk said it was okay. There was no problem with the Ctrip order when I checked out. After the Hilton official website issued the invoice and bill for 3 nights, the account manager called me and said that it could not be changed. He asked me to continue to charge for four nights. He also asked me to show them the cancellation terms. After I argued with him, the duty manager on that day called me again and said the same thing. It fully shows that this hotel is unprofessional and does not care about customers. In the end, although the duty manager agreed to refund one night, I still haven't received the refund.

Clean and sanitary, I'll live here once I get used to it. The transportation is convenient and it's close to the airport.
