Excellent service. My child choked the toilet at night, a front desk staff helped clean up and adamantly refused a tip. Tried to tip again at checkout, a different staff refused too. Staff were patient with instructions and advice for standard questions, surpass expectations for help extended for my parcel deliveries.

Newly opened hotel, the room is very beautiful. Foreigners can also stay here, TRIP.com made a mistake in the note. But because it was a new hotel and they were probably not used to the reception, it took them a while to get it done. The overall service attitude is still very good!

The room is on the third floor, very close to the restaurant and very convenient. The bathroom is quite large and the bath water is very comfortable. The service staff are all very nice, and the coffee bar on the first floor has free, unlimited freshly ground coffee for you to drink at any time (it closes after 9:30pm). Among the restaurant service staff, I remember an auntie named Xiaoqing who was particularly nice. She would always ask about breakfast even if I didn’t get up early, and was very warm and considerate in preparing breakfast for me! The hotel is conveniently located, with a bus stop right at the door and the subway only 100 to 200 meters away, so it only takes a few minutes to walk. I am very satisfied with this stay!
