Excellent service. My child choked the toilet at night, a front desk staff helped clean up and adamantly refused a tip. Tried to tip again at checkout, a different staff refused too. Staff were patient with instructions and advice for standard questions, surpass expectations for help extended for my parcel deliveries.

I have always had a good impression of Atour in the past. For this business trip, I specially booked Atour near the airport. It is as clean and considerate as ever. The design of the entire room at Atour is particularly user-friendly, such as: dry and wet separation, and a small trash can on the sink. I was stranded due to a typhoon, so the hotel thoughtfully sent me fruit. I ordered a few takeaways, and the front desk patiently asked a robot to deliver them to me. I’ll look for Yaduo from now on!

I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi. What stood out to us the most were the staff: They were nice, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing spots. We were able to check in early so that we could start sightseeing right after we got off the train! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time, 柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 韩函! We will stay at Atour again the next time we visit Wuxi. 我们在亚朵度过了愉快的时光。房间干净整洁，宽敞明亮，还能看到漂亮的夜景。地理位置也很方便，可步行至直达景点的地铁站公交站，和许多好吃的馆子。前台的工作人员特别棒，不仅在入住和退房时给了我们可爱的小礼物，还给我们的出行计划很多很好的建议，这让我们对无锡和亚朵都留下了深刻的印象。谢谢你，柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 和韩函！

The room was very clean and comfortable, the bedding was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable to sleep on, and the staff provided good service. I received souvenirs when I checked in at the hotel on the same day, and warm bottled water was provided every day when I traveled. The hotel breakfast was rich and tasted good. A souvenir was also given upon check-out. I really like it. I will stay here next time I come to Wuxi.

Facilities: Very very new, the plug cover of the electric kettle is not even removed. . . . Although it is new, there is no odor. The sound insulation and light control are good. The last picture was taken at 11 o'clock in the morning. It is very friendly for people who are sensitive to light. Environment: Independent card elevator, good sense of security. There is ample parking, you can park on the ground or underground, and there is a shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for eating, drinking and playing.
