Extremely satisfied with the location, the apartment size for 5, and the amenities they provided. Staying at Ascott was the best way to start the holiday and our parents are extremely pleased with Ascott, with Wuxi. We stayed in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space. The buffet breakfast was well-presented and tasted pleasing however I would have like latte as an option and it would be good to have children’s crockery and cutlery as this was missing as well as regular spoons which made eating cereal and yoghurt a little inconvenient. These small additions would definitely improve the experience. The children’s play area was great for our 3 year old to have fun for an hour or so too, as well as the swimming pool. We did have to pay to park our car but it wasn’t expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
