The hotel carpet was originally intended to improve the style and grade, but if there is no ability to maintain it, it is better to replace it with flooring or tiles, at least it is easy to keep clean. The hotel's hygiene is also problematic. Many places in the room show that this is not the quality that a professional team should have. The scale on the hardware can be easily cleaned with professional scale removers or hardware cleaners, but it has not been done. There are obvious large patches of dirt on the carpets both in the room and in the corridors. The restaurant waiter's work clothes are worn and have obvious holes. It is incredible. Is this for reminiscing about the past or something? I looked at the comments. Two years ago, guests reported these soft service problems, but it is still the same now. I traveled to Wuhan for business and this hotel was just perfect for me. The location is very accessible by bus, Subway, and taxi. The hotel staff are very friendly. I am a foreigner and immediately they saw me, they were quick to look for a means to communicate with me. Luckily I could speak the Chinese language. The room was very clean and it had good Wifi. There was a comfortable desk to work on and the tea, oh, I loved it. The environment is clean and the bathrooms are perfect. I'd greatly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Wuhand City.
