Hotels in Hankou Railway Station/Fanhai CBD/Garden Expo Park, Wuhan

We travel with our kids annually, and I've stayed at Sheratons in many cities across the country. The service at this Sheraton in Wuhan is genuinely outstanding. Our room attendant was incredibly diligent and attentive; she noticed the needs of me and my children, providing us with pens, bookmarks, and water, and even left a small handwritten card, which we greatly appreciated! These small touches really show how well-managed this hotel is. I noticed the hotel opened in 2014, so it's been open for 11 years, but the rooms still feel very new, are spotless, and are impeccably maintained. This will definitely be our top choice for all future trips to Wuhan.

Service: Service personnel at reception speaks to too many customers at the same time. Especially those not waiting in line should be made waiting until it is their turn. After ordering extra 4 x half liter bottles of water we received complaints of needing too much water. Either ask for extra money or not, no one will complain about paying some extra for water. But stop the indecisive complaining towards the customer. Cleanliness: The carpet in the room had many dirty spots and especially near the entrance door it didn’t look clean. Also in the bathroom the faucet of the bathtub was rather old and moveable where it should not be. Price: Good price

I have lived in Wuhan for a long time and have always heard that this hotel is very good, but I haven't stayed here. These days, my friend came to Wuhan to experience it. First of all, when I just checked in at the hotel, Aaron at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He greeted me with a smile, took the initiative to ask about my needs, and quickly checked in for me. This efficient service made me feel very comfortable and instantly had a good impression of this hotel. During my stay, I came into contact with various staff members of the hotel, from waiters to security personnel, everyone was very enthusiastic and professional. They not only took the initiative to help me, but also patiently answered all my questions. Once, I forgot to bring a charger, and the room attendant immediately sent me a spare charger, which touched me very much. During the hotel stay, I noticed that the staff handled the details very well. The facilities in the room are complete and cleaned very cleanly. Every morning, the room attendant would make my bed and change the towels for me, which made me feel the warmth of home. Here, I would like to give special praise to the hotel's service attitude. Whether it is the front desk receptionist, room attendant, or security personnel, they treat every guest with a sincere smile and a warm attitude. This kind of service attitude made me feel respected and cared for, and made me feel at home. Overall, I was very satisfied with this accommodation experience. The hotel's service exceeded my expectations and made me feel the warmth of home. It was a very good trip!

Had a fantastic experience. I booked a Deluxe King Room, which came with a sofa, and was upgraded to a City View King Room. The upgraded room was a bit larger than my original booking. The view from the room was also excellent, offering expansive vistas. The room was spotless, and the decor felt quite modern. The service from the front desk to the support staff was excellent; they always went above and beyond to help resolve any difficulties. Moreover, the metro station is incredibly close, making it super convenient to get to different areas from the hotel. It's a perfect tranquil spot amidst the hustle and bustle, and the service was exceptionally thoughtful!

I have been out for a few days and this is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in. The service staff are very considerate and the hotel's sanitary environment is very good. It is very suitable for checking in and taking pictures. The room is very warm and comfortable. I just gave you Garden Expo tickets just in time for the Spring Festival. Watch the lantern show for free. I originally booked a one-day stay, but decided to extend my stay the next day. I rarely write reviews, but this one is really worth recommending.

Fairmont Wuhan was a pleasant surprise. Upon check-in at 12 PM, our room was already ready, which truly sets it apart from other hotels in its class! Early check-ins are quite rare in China these days; usually, we're just happy if there isn't a delay. The lady at the front desk also kindly offered complimentary children's breakfasts for our two kids, which we especially appreciated! The room was very well-appointed, and I especially loved the vanity table in the separate walk-in closet – it was perfect for us. The breakfast spread was ample, offering everything one could wish for, including some local Wuhan specialties. The Re Gan Mian (hot dry noodles) was indeed very authentic. The apricot pastry at breakfast was very similar to what I used to have at Paul's in France, bringing back a flood of memories. Our older child thoroughly enjoyed the pool, having such a great time swimming that they were reluctant to leave even as check-out time approached. Every staff member at the hotel was warm and friendly, making our stay truly delightful. Without a doubt, we will choose Fairmont again on our next visit to Wuhan.

First time in Wuhan, because of the high-speed rail to Hankou, I chose the nearby Wyndham. It looks close, but you have to go through the underground passage and up and down the stairs... The environment around Hankou Station is not good... The hotel is newly opened, the decoration and facilities are very new, the supplies are very comfortable, the room is clean, the toothbrush is comfortable, the towels are soft, the hotel supplies are pretty good, and the service is okay (the front desk said that the room was full so they did not meet my requirements of a high floor, quiet and south-facing...) Fortunately, it is not damp, the hotel is generally satisfactory, I don't like Hankou Station

The hotel is next to Jinyin Lake and close to Jinyin Lake Park. The environment is good. The subway is just downstairs. Travel is also convenient. Ordered by a friend. The view from the room next to the lake is very good. My friend was very satisfied with his stay. A friend has mysophobia. It felt good to stay here.
