Sitting in Wuhan Station waiting for the high-speed train, I have nothing to do so I write a sharp review: I stayed for two nights. The hotel is in a good location. It is right next to Jinghan Avenue. You can walk a few hundred meters to Xunlimen Subway Station and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. The transportation is very convenient, but the hotel is next to Line 1 of the subway. It is not underground but elevated. The noise is very loud. It is very noisy and I can't sleep at night! The hotel front desk service is very good. The hotel has elevators and robots. The room facilities are relatively new. The TV can be projected. It is very considerate to provide a shoe-changing bench. However, the hotel's hot water temperature is not very high, and the cleaning service is not timely. It's my first time in Wuhan. The overall experience is still good. The room area is a little small, but the price is still very suitable. It is a little far from the Yellow Crane Tower and East Lake. Mind the noise. The lightning protection is generally good and worth recommending👍

Home Inn is 400 meters away from Wuhan Railway Station. The room is clean and comfortable, and it is very convenient to have breakfast and meals. The hotel is very fast, the services are very good, there is a parking lot at the door, and the accommodation includes parking fees. It is very convenient to take subway, bus and taxi nearby. I will come again if I have the chance👍👍

There are so many areas that this hotel needs to improve. I was surprised when I summarized them. 1. I booked to check in 4 hours in advance, which means I could check in at 10 am. As a result, at 2:30 pm, the front desk told me that the room had not been cleaned yet. 2. There was a smell of seafood in the hotel 3. When I went to have breakfast the next day, the staff said that you did not order breakfast. Later, I went to their front desk to verify and they added our breakfast to their system. 4. The entrance of the hotel was full of cars, so full that it was difficult for one person to pass through the gap between the cars. This resulted in us having to check each car one by one to find a large gap to pass through when we entered the hotel. 5. The screen window in the room could not be closed, which caused mosquitoes to fly in. And there was no mosquito repellent in the room. 6. When I returned to the room on the first night, it was basically the same as when I left in the morning, so I changed the towels. 7. There was a basketball court right below my room, and people were playing basketball in the early morning. The hotel said it could not do anything about it and provided me with earplugs. 8. The hotel had a power outage the next day, probably because of heavy rain and thunder. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this and make improvements, thank you!

The room was very tidy, and the staff provided very good and considerate service throughout the process. Lemonade was provided while waiting. When I left, I accidentally left my bracelet in the room without even realizing it. Fortunately, the staff kindly reminded me to pick it up. If only I could have the best service in the world. It would be great if the staff were just like this young lady named Yang and her colleagues🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 A very pleasant stay experience!

My first time staying in this hotel chain. New hotel. Super location. Just beside jiedaokou MRT station. Good breakfast choices. Rooms in level 5-6 so the rooms are quiet. Free laundry n drier. The workers will collect your dried clothes and send them to your room while you go site seeing.Plentiful dinner choices. It's situated in a small mall. Easy pickup by didi drivers. Good place

Curry to the hotel in the dusk. Parking spaces are full. I panicked, I have to have a meeting for a while, if I can't find a parking space, what can I do if I delay time? The manager walked quickly, smiled and comforted: ”don't worry, I will help you find a way.” He said, he reached for my car keys, hands warm and powerful, as if conveying a reassuring force. Soon after, the manager knocked on the door and handed me the key: ”I'm sorry, sir, for keeping you waiting. I searched the neighborhood for a while, and finally found a parking space in the next building, which has already helped you park your car.” I looked at his soaked shirt and was speechless. The manager smiled unconcernedly: ”This is what I should do, you have a hard journey, rest well.” At that moment, I felt a rare kindness and warmth between strangers. In this strange city, it became the warmest presence in my memory.

The second time I made a reservation, it was an old hotel. I personally felt that the facilities could be upgraded, such as TVs and so on. I felt that the only difference between the hotel and the New Hanting was in terms of electronic facilities. In the surrounding area, you can go shopping on Holland Street and so on. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the subway, but there seems to be shared electric vehicles nearby, and overall it's cost-effective.
