One of the worst 4* hotel experience!!! Room is not cleaned to a 4* hotel standard Toilet is yellowish and smelly Bedsheet has yellow marks Sink was leaking A/C was dripping water Drainage in shower is overflowing Extra bed was wet, and we asked they said it rain while they were drying it. Roaches in the room The hotel doesnt have enough parking either The hotel doesnt have kids pool, but view from main pool is insanely good. Not family friendly. Breakfast runs from 6 to 10am but when we arrive at 9, most of the food ran out, and they do not have cheese for the omelette. So is cococrunch, and the explaination from the chef was, it finished from there (dari sananya). Is Indonesia out of cheese and coco crunch? Staffing wasnt adequate, there was only 2 waitresses and 2 staff at egg and fried rice station. Dont mention about the noises of renovation, its crazy bad! The info on the TV said they are doing renovation from 8am to 4pm, but by 7:30, they start banging on walls. If i were to come back, and the main destination is Dieng, i would stay at one the new cabins at Dieng or even a little further. If Wonosobo is the main destination and it has to be a 4*, then tough luck, but if 3* is ok, there is a new one a few hundred meters down the street. Shout out the the bellboy and front office staff that help with moving rooms of so many guests, you are doing the best job you can with the limits of the hotel offering. Also during checkout, so many guests complaining about their stay. Stay away from this hotel!!!

It was given that the room did not have a window. But, it was unbearable when the AC did not work and the bathroom smelled. One other thing was that the overhead light lighting the wall could not be turned off.

Good location in central Wonosobo. Cleanliness was terrible, rooms are small, cramped & filthy. Bathroom was not great either. It really needs a refurb! The restaurant was the best part of the hotel & really looked nice but sadly the room was terrible.

Breakfast wasn't great

The building is still new and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Ning, the food in the restaurant is delicious and just right for me, soto tangkar is my favorite, And what I need to really appreciate, when I asked if breakfast could be packed, because it happened that tomorrow morning I was going to hunt for sunrise, so I would be out around 5 am, even though basically breakfast is buffet style, they still agreed and gave me the option to take it in the morning before five, or in the afternoon when I returned to the hotel, this was really fun, an extraordinary service for me and I chose the afternoon before 12, even though breakfast time was 06:00-10:00 And when I took breakfast, I was even more amazed because they not only packed the breakfast I ordered, but also complete with 2 boxes of fruit, 2 bottles of fresh milk and two mineral waters A little bit that I felt was lacking, when I checked in around 7 pm, and I immediately wanted to take a shower, I canceled my intention to wash my hair because I didn't find a hairdryer Overall I am satisfied staying here

The room design is okay, only the walls are moldy, try painting and tidying it up, it will be nice. Cool view facing the restaurant and the mountain

The smell from the bathroom vent makes the whole room smell bad. As the reviews said, the sheets were stained. The towels were old and already worn out. The room I stayed in did not have a refrigerator, hair dryer, or hand towels. I don't think I'll use it again. The dining room was spacious and clean, and they had alcohol, but many of the dishes had chili sauce in them, so my child couldn't eat the food.
