Didn’t give 5 star due to the elevator not going down and had to wait over 15 minutes with no help or instructions on what to do.

old hotel but well maintained. bath tub. plus = room with parquet, wifi ok, tv ok, there is swimming pool, mineral water provided in the room, location can walk to taman anggrek mall. close to central mall , ciputra mall, no deposit asked, check in and check out fast. minus = only 2 pillows are given in a room, they have breakfast but we did not book room with breakfast

Near major shopping malls, good price , relatively clean, old hotel with no amenities, bring your soap bar.

hotel was very near the town. rooms were big enough. toilet was slightly dirty but it was okay. aircon was very cold

Could have been better

This seemed like a nice hotel. Room was spacious and had needed amenities. Nice swimming pool area which is a very good location for pool parties or unique corporate events. Overall I don’t think there were any problems here except my checking into the hotel was late at night and as such did not fully utilised the whole day. Hotel could offer complimentary breakfast for guests with similar situation. Despite it being a very common tourism gap: it doesn’t make sense to pay the same rate as a 22hours night then day/night usage or 12hours. But it’s ok small matter

It's a big hotel with a good location, but it's a bit old. The facilities are basically adequate, and the sanitary conditions are average. The bed sheets, quilt covers and bath towels are all old and gray without bleaching.

A great place

Large, beautiful hotel, inviting. The room is cleaned every day. I lived in two rooms, in both rooms there was noise from cars and motorcycles from the window. In one room the internet was excellent, in the second it was terrible. Located in the center, close to the main shopping centers of the city. The downside is that it will be difficult to get there, since the roads are not designed for pedestrians. I went on foot a couple of times, then called a motorcycle taxi for an inexpensive price.

The room is large, comfortable, strategically located for the West Jakarta area
