A very quiet and peaceful place. Great stay for family. The hotel also provides free station pick up and drop off services. The rooms we were staying were very spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own open air bath(onsen), very private, so great for people who don’t feel comfortable going to the public onsen. The breakfast is outstanding and perfect size for everyone one. You can choose either western or Japanese style breakfast. Both are delicious. Highly recommend it!

Haha a very pleasant stay here. Staff had extremely good service, private hot tub was why we chose this hotel. Food served was delicious too. The room is pricey but also comes with a few free gifts & some free drinks and snacks.

The room is spacious and the service is excellent! We especially like the food (Japanese dishes) for both dinner and breakfast. We would recommend to friends and will come back again in the future.

Chose this place for the private onsen and highly reviewed meals. Meals are served in the central restaurant, will need to book meal timing for both breakfast and dinner as they serve over two rounds. Chose kaiseki dinner which felt like fine dining too. The rooms are modern, with the private onsen on rustic balcony facing the forest. The hot onsen water runs continuously into the pool, which made me think it’s really from the mountains. Do note the hotel is on the middle of a hill, so if driving, be prepared to drive along small windy roads to reach. When leaving, the hotel staff will even help to look out for oncoming cars and direct you to safely drive out of the hotel property onto the main road.

The room is very big, with a Japanese-style table in the living room. Very cozy. A complete set of Japanese travel clothes and socks and clogs, as well as bathrobes and white pajamas. The refrigerator is full of joy. There is only one outdoor large bath (a little disappointing), but the unlimited popsicles make people very happy. The hot spring is great! The surprise is that there is the sound of stream water under the hot spring in the room. The Huai Shi cuisine for dinner is amazing! There are Western and Japanese breakfasts. I met a ********* lady named Yu Ting for one-on-one reception. She explained all the facilities in the room and the park to us, and she also served dinner in person, telling us how to eat each dish. There is ice drip coffee. The welcome tea is also great. They came to help check in. When leaving, there was a special car to take us to Kowakidani Train Station

The room is clean and tidy. The private hot spring on the second floor is super convenient and easy to use. There are many drinks and snacks in the refrigerator. It is full of details.

In order to experience the one night and two meals in Hakone, I looked at almost all the hotels in Hakone and finally chose Hakone Suishoen. It turned out to be a good choice. The food was good, the environment was quiet, the service staff was friendly, the round-trip shuttle service was provided, and it was also very convenient to take the bus to various attractions with the Hakone Free Pass. I was very satisfied.

The room is clean and tidy, but a little old and simple. The hotel is located on the beautiful mountainside, and the transportation is not very convenient. You need to book a car. The surrounding environment is elegant and quiet, and there are several good art galleries around.
