I booked a room at the end of March. I wanted a higher floor when I booked it. But when I checked in on May 1st, I was given the 2nd floor and a twin room with a balcony. The balcony was blocked by the hotel billboard in front, so I couldn't see the city scenery at all. The only reason was that I arrived too late. Could it be that the room I booked so early was booked by the waiter based on his mood?
