酒店的選址還算優越，鬧中取靜，離幾個旅遊景點都很近，交通的話也算便利（衹是個人感覺温州的公交等候間隔時間較長），當然打車出行的話也挺方便的。 房間設施還算蠻新的，淋浴熱水也夠大，無線網絡也挺快，電視節目也挺豐富的（能享用好幾個平台會員的節目）。 服務的話，也算殷勤有禮。 唯一讓我覺得不足的話，是它家的床墊相對硬了些，枕頭的話雖提供兩個，但品質不高，都很癟很垮，所以導致個人睡眠質量不高，對整體體驗略有影響。

衞生：沒得説，一如既往地讓人安心！ 服務：必須五星好評，良心商家，高情商服務員，贈品多多，性價比蹭蹭提升，快過年了給在外趕路的人帶來很多温暖！ 環境：地理位置也絕佳，不遠處就是很大的公園，環境優美，散步遛彎賓至如歸～

前台親切，房間雖然老舊，但是整齊乾淨。也不吵，附近就是五馬巷。推薦住宿。自駕者注意，到酒店時不要停在酒店門口，酒店在轉角處，請右轉後馬上右轉停在如家旁的小巷下行李。再倒退往下開，右手邊有全季合約大停車場。

非常好的酒店，前台帥哥美女服務也很好，由於不能及時退房，給延長到下午兩點多，房間挺大挺乾淨，也有免費的停車場，24小時自由進出。周圍有蔚來的超充站和換電站，離五馬步行街也特別近，逛街和吃飯都很方便。。
