***Service: The first feeling of staying in this so-called five-star hotel is that there is no doorman at the door, only security guards, and there is no basic service awareness to help open the car door and take the luggage. The attitude of the internal service staff of the hotel is basically satisfactory. I upgraded to a high floor. I booked a side sea view room. The location is very good and the sea is very comfortable. There is a big photo frame downstairs, which saves the time of traveling to a scenic spot.
***Hygiene: The room I stayed in was carpeted, and the carpet was not very clean and not cleaned properly. I have sensitive skin so I have some allergies, which is also the reason for canceling the consecutive stay.
***In terms of facilities, the induction energy-saving hair dryer is the first time I use it. I feel that it is not suitable to be equipped with such an economical hair dryer in a five-star hotel. It is very cheap to use. There is no swimming pool, because five-star hotels are generally equipped with luxury swimming pools, so the overall feeling is consistent with the price, and the breakfast is satisfactory.
In general, it is at best a 4-star standard level. There are more people in tour groups and business trips, and the experience is average if couples travel. I will not choose this hotel next time.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Xiao Feng's service is very good. When we went out to play due to heavy snow, she asked me to tell her in advance so that she could make ginger soup for us. She took care of us like family. We forgot our glasses when we left the hotel, and she helped us find them and sent them home as soon as possible. She also found a case for the glasses. This is a great value and considerate hotel!
The front desk upgraded our room, which is large and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, with a large square downstairs and a lot of delicious food. 2. I accidentally discovered that I could scan the code to order food in the room for dinner. I ordered small portions of celery fried meat and onion and fungus fried eggs, each for 12 yuan. GGuest UserThe reason why the hygiene is rated low is mainly because, before leaving, my child asked me, ”Mom, why is there water in this cup?” There was nothing else. I opened it and saw that there was indeed water and ** in it. There was scale on the floor under the hotel's sink. It is not certain whether it is mopped clean, but it can be removed with a special remover. In the drawer of the TV cabinet, there is an opened sewing kit with a plastic bag still thrown in it. I feel that the hygiene can be done better.
