I was surprised the ocean view from the 14th floor was so great. What truly stood out was their incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. From the front desk staff during check-in to the concierge manager upon departure, every staff member we encountered was patient, helpful, and very considerate. I also didn't expect the complimentary afternoon tea to be so good; enjoying tea with the ocean view was a perfect way to experience the scenery without getting scorched by the sun. To avoid the crowds, we went to Liugong Island early, and the 6:30 AM breakfast was already complete and plentiful. They even extended our check-out time to 2 PM, giving us ample time to pack and head to our next destination. Highly recommended!

I serendipitously stumbled upon New Journey Hotel online, and it made my three-day trip even more wonderful. The hotel entrance isn't grand, but once you go upstairs, it's surprisingly spacious with many rooms. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. On the day of check-in, the hotel even sent us public transportation options and taxi fares from the hotel to various attractions. Another pleasant surprise was that the beach was just one street away. Overall, it was great! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Weihai.

This hotel is very close to Weihai Railway Station. The lobby is spacious, and the rooms are clean. I had a good experience during my two-day stay. The front desk was very responsive to requests; dental floss and a charging adapter were delivered to my room with just one phone call. The service was excellent. The hotel is surrounded by a huge commercial area, Hanlefong, with plenty of food and drink options. It's also not too far from the seaside park. Avoiding the summer heat, it's very pleasant to take a walk to the seaside park to look at the sea at sunset. Sharing some views of the marine park.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Xingfu Gate and about a 30-minute walk to Liugong Island ferry terminal. They have both above-ground and underground parking. The underground parking has charging stations, but you have to drive around to the back of the hotel to access it, and there aren't many spaces. All the staff were very friendly and greeted me proactively. The breakfast was a bit plainer compared to other Atour hotels I've stayed at, especially with very few and rather stale pastries. The late-night snack was generally good though. The room was spacious, but the beds were surprisingly small (two 1.2-meter-wide beds). I thought Atour Group had a standard bed size? In other Atour hotels, I've had 1.35-meter beds, even in superior twin rooms. This time, it was an executive twin room, and the beds were only 1.2 meters, which seemed odd for such a large room. The water pressure for washing was good and the temperature was stable, and the air conditioning was powerful and quiet. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, my stay was very good, and I would definitely stay here again next time.

Facilities: Well-equipped and quite new. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Very comfortable. The location is next to the municipal government, close to Weigao and Weizhi Harbour, perfect for an evening stroll by the sea. Service: The service attitude was excellent, and I especially loved the free late check-out until 6 PM! Extending it to 6 PM is ideal for procrastinators and those traveling by high-speed rail!

The room was quite clean, spacious, and luxurious (hahaha). I didn't find anything unclean. The only odd design was the mirror opposite the shower area, so you could see yourself while showering and also see the sea. The night view was also beautiful. Everyone can stay here with peace of mind!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! 👍 First off, the front desk staff was incredibly professional and thoughtful. They proactively asked if I needed breakfast when they noticed my room didn't include it. After I confirmed, they upgraded my room and even provided complimentary breakfast for two days. Secondly, the room was very comfortable, and I particularly want to highlight the shower – the water pressure was excellent and it was nice and hot. After a long day of sightseeing, a hot shower really washes away the fatigue. The zero-pressure mattress was also incredibly comfortable; it’s been a long time since I've slept better away from home than in my own bed. Overall, for an economy hotel, the facilities and service are truly commendable. I'll definitely be staying with this brand again. The only minor drawback was that the toothbrush head was a bit small, perhaps more suited for children. It would be an even better experience if they offered toothbrushes with larger heads.

I booked this hotel for my parents who were in town for a medical check-up. Its close proximity to the hospital was a major plus. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I thoroughly read through all the reviews, both positive and negative, before booking. I wanted to ensure my parents had a convenient and comfortable stay. This hotel's service truly impressed me! The front desk staff was very accommodating and arranged the room according to our needs. Knowing it was for my parents, they thoughtfully held a room for them and even provided me with the room number in advance. My dad was very happy with his stay. Although the room wasn't exceptionally large, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. During their extended stay, housekeeping arranged for daily cleaning and replenished all disposable amenities. Currently, during the off-season, the price is quite affordable, yet I felt like I was getting a much more expensive experience for what I paid – truly excellent value! I didn't stay myself, so I don't have photos, but my parents' feedback was overwhelmingly positive. I was so relieved knowing they were comfortable and well-cared for, which gave me great peace of mind. Business is tough these days, and while a hypercritical person might find minor flaws given the price (even expensive hotels face such scrutiny), for 90% of people, I honestly believe this hotel offers incredible value for money! Had a pleasant stay at Ibis Hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made the stay comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout. The location was decent and convenient enough for getting around. Breakfast was average with limited variety, but overall it was still a good experience.
