The location is excellent, right in Hanlefang, with a lively atmosphere downstairs. It's very convenient for dining, strolling, and shopping in the evening. It's also close to the train and bus stations. It's a bit of a distance from Torch Eight Street, about a 30-minute taxi ride. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is also quiet at night. However, there are a few rather unique aspects: 1. There's a turnstile between the lobby and the elevators that requires a room card swipe. While swiping a room card for the elevator is common, having an additional turnstile like an office building is unusual and overly cumbersome. 2. The room layout is very unique; you have to 'search' for the toilet, shower, walk-in closet, and toiletries, as they are not immediately obvious. The closet door, when pulled out, directly blocks the entrance door. 3. A deposit is required upon check-in, though the refund process is quick. 4. For luggage storage, you need to scan a QR code yourself. It's free for up to 6 hours, and even if you exceed that, the front desk can still arrange free storage. 5. I stayed for two consecutive nights on two separate bookings. Even though I had called the night before to confirm a continuous stay without room cleaning or changes, the next day I couldn't open my door upstairs and had to go back to the front desk on the first floor to swipe my card again. I've had similar situations in Yantai where I could smoothly use my card for continuous check-in without this double process. Overall, the staff were very helpful, and they promptly contacted me when I left an item behind, which I greatly appreciated. However, the overall check-in experience felt less than user-friendly, with various cumbersome procedures. I'm not sure if this management style is typical for hotels in Weihai or just this particular one. It's not necessarily bad, just very different – I haven't encountered these specific situations anywhere else in the country.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including Hanlefang which is very close. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable – the bathroom was spotless. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was attentive and polite. The facilities are well-maintained, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. It's truly great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel for future trips and highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and exceeded our expectations, especially for a quiet family vacation. However, Weihai is a very long and narrow city from north to south. I wouldn't recommend it if your main destination is Torch Eight Street, as it's very, very far. It's much more suitable if your main destination is Hanlefang. From the hotel, you can easily reach Jiulong Bay Park with a minimum fare, which is great for kids to go crabbing and many locals also come here to pick clams. **Facilities:** The bedding is very comfortable, especially for someone like me who is particular about pillows – I was very satisfied. Other facilities are standard for this price point, including a swimming pool and a gym. The shallow end of the pool is 1.2 meters deep, and the water temperature is 28-29 degrees Celsius. **Hygiene:** The room felt very new, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Those with young children can rest assured. **Environment:** The hotel's interior is excellent. On our first day, it was very windy, and our child played in the lobby on the ground floor for half the day without getting bored. The exterior is a relatively quiet residential area. **Service:** They offer pick-up and drop-off service from Weihai Station, and there were welcome fruits. If we had any issues, the butler was always reachable. Upon check-out, they thoughtfully gave us some fruits and snacks. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty, and baby utensils were available.

As a first timer to Weihai and repeat customer of Orange,I’m always surprised by each Orange hotel especially this one(an old historical building).it’s so spacious, the lobby and the staff very friendly.Booked larger room and it’s very comfortable.has a nice dining sofa,Big smart TV.Best part is,it’s got luggage deposit lockers,a robot that can deliver your laundry and It’s location is opposite to the famous Korean street for superb night markets and plenty to eat and drink

The room arrangement was satisfactory. The front desk service was exceptionally good; they even gave us ice water when we went out. The hygiene was very clean. Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent!

The room was new, clean, and hygienic, with all the necessary amenities. Most importantly, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, especially the pillows – they were so soft and comfortable! I even want to buy the same pillows myself. Overall, it was excellent, far exceeding the quality expected for the price! A perfect score! The receptionist was also very kind and provided superb service. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I have the chance. 🏨

The air conditioning worked great. I originally booked another hotel, the Weihai Huaxia Hotel, but their central AC was useless, and the front desk service was terrible. So, I switched to this one last minute. The front desk staff here were very friendly. The only minor thing was no welcome fruit, which is apparently only for hotel members or platinum members; Ctrip bookings don't get them. However, most of the facilities are new, which makes sense since it's a relatively new hotel that opened just a few years ago. That's actually why I picked it. It's about 1.8 km from Hanlefang, so you can walk it or take a taxi for 6-10 RMB.

The hotel is super close to the train station. You can see it right after exiting the high-speed rail, and with the signs, you can basically reach it in 5-6 minutes. I arrived at Weihai Station a little after 10 PM and was already at the hotel by 10:30, which was very convenient. I also got a free room upgrade, which was a nice touch. They're generous with the complimentary water, you can take as much as you need. Even though it's by the train station, it's only about a ten-minute walk to Hanlefang, and it's easy to get a taxi to various attractions. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the food was tasty and sufficient. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay.

The hotel's location right next to Kowloon City Mall is super convenient for shopping and dining. You can even access the mall's food court and shops directly from the hotel's fifth-floor fire exit. Plus, there's a taxi stand right at the mall's ground floor entrance, making transportation in and out a breeze. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are young, energetic, and very friendly. They proactively offered us water, and a hotel attendant helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room – excellent service all around. Security is top-notch. You need to swipe your room card to use the elevator, which provides a high sense of safety. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant's dining environment is elegant with a great atmosphere. There are even chefs on-site preparing fresh noodles and omelets – very attentive service. The hotel parking is located on the ground floor plaza and is free of charge. If you're driving, it's easier to enter the hotel from Linhai Road, especially when unloading luggage. The room was very clean and bright. The bathroom features a spacious wet/dry separation and the facilities are very new. Mineral water is amply supplied. The cleaning staff are diligent, friendly, and very courteous. Every staff member we encountered in the hotel had a smile on their face and greeted us warmly. What sets this hotel's staff apart is their professionalism and thoughtfulness. They were able to immediately and effectively address any issues we raised. It's a highly recommended hotel, and if I ever return to Weihai, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
