I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula with my family over the weekend and booked the Shenzhou Peninsula Private Sea Villa Hotel. The environment and service were great! The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the room when he saw the children and the elderly! really thankful! 👍, you can see the sea from the window 🌊 and the internet celebrity check-in spot ~ The ”Lighthouse” where she disappeared. It's a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a seaside 🏝️ villa 🏡, and the environment and service are also very good! A very cost-effective hotel! My family is very happy😃. This hotel comes highly recommended. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my stay to a villa, which was fantastic. The food at the Horizon Beach Bar was outstanding, and the staff were attentive, always anticipating my needs. The cuisine at the Western restaurant was also excellent. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in total. The weather was very cold on the first day, but the service was very warm. The housekeeper Xiao Kuang added WeChat in advance to inform us of the weather and clothing suggestions, and arranged the room and related matters in advance on the day we arrived. It was estimated that a customer had contracted the beach downstairs and started the renovation to cover the Westin logo check-in point. The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

Glad I booked this room. The easy pool access was the highlight. We felt like we got a villa for a cheap price. The room and the pool were very clean. The service could have been better though. Like the afternoon tea at the lobby. We requested it to be delivered in the room but it was not allowed so we need to get it at the lobby. Second was the room service. There were many dishes that were not available in the menu and the staff made a mistake twice with our order. It took us an hour or so before we can finally eat our dinner. Overall, we would still want to stay here again.

We chose the parent-child suite here for this family trip. The facilities, hygiene, environment and services are very good. What the children like most is the children's bunk bed. The room is really average, but the bed is big, two 1.8-meter beds, quite comfortable, suitable for family travel. The price is there, don't expect services or facilities that don't match the price, there are many photos around the swimming pool. The reception is full of bad reviews, which is also a feature. In short, if you like it, you think it's okay, and if you ask for better services or facilities, there are definitely none. The atmosphere of the bar is okay, but the fried skewers on the last night made me feel uncomfortable the next day and vomited. It's not very good.
