Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa Reviews

Leisure facilities (pool, spa, gym, sauna and stream room) are very good and hotel guests can access anytime. Dining area is lovely. Rooms are also really nice decor, though the basic room has only a double bed rather than a king. Breakfast was okay - no choice of different breads and fruit a bit limited but otherwise fine.

Beautiful hotel- suite was amazing eith great views. Staff very kind and professional. Wonderful breakfast room too.

Had a lovely bar meal in the evening, Sim next morning followed by a lovely breakfast, Would love to say more but don't want too many people going brilliant

The hotel stay was fantastic as ever I would recommend this hotel to anyone,im giving it a low star rating because your a bunch of con artists who took a pre authorised payment of the same amount I had to pay at the hotel without my authority and nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t received it back,I hope the pulford sees sense and doesn’t stay ignorant to the fact your conning people of there hard earned cash!!

Not stayed here before but daughter has. Will stay again but look out for special offers. Swimming pool and gardens excellent. Major drawback was continuous piano music on a loop that we could hear in our bedroom and in palm restaurant. Nearby garden centre excellent. Dogs welcome and it was quiet at night
