There are limited accommodation options in the area. We thought that at $325 per night this place seemed expensive but decided that it must be exceptional. We were very disappointed! The whole complex is very tired and rundown. The individual cottages are supposed to be rustic and may have been nice 20 years ago. For the price overall facilities were not up to standard. They offered a self serve breakfast which was minimal for the price. Shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature. Lounge furniture was tired, grubby and uncomfortable. The venue offers a conference and events service. Perhaps if fully booked for such a function it may operate better. Whole property needs a makeover and may be better suited for a summer stay rather than a mid winter one. Only redeeming feature was the log burner fire. Lovely on a cold winter night.

In our opinion, Quality Hotel Lincoln Green offers the best accommodation in Auckland. Great location, close to Henderson, the Waitakeres and the West Coast beaches, but only a quarter of an hour from the Auckland CBD via the Northwestern Motorway. This house seems to have been a B&B for a long time. Everything is arranged very well. Everyday guests are in a constant stream. Breakfast is also good. The only problem is that I have two children with me to collect the cost of a child. My heart is a bit uncomfortable. Others are OK.

After arriving at the hotel, the front desk has completed all the formalities and proceeded, directly leading the door card to enter the room, the room is clean and comfortable. Cooking utensils are readily available, and pots and pans are easy to use. A five-minute walk from the surrounding area is a large supermarket and it is very convenient to purchase raw materials. The mattress is comfortable and you can fall asleep peacefully. The toilet and bath room are very convenient and hygienic. Like it, I have already stayed twice, next time it is my first choice! ! !
