No one paid any attention. If I didn't pay more, they wouldn't let me into the room. I was busy at the time, so I didn't have time to argue with them. I had no choice but to find the customer service staff of Ctrip. The man was very nice! He listened to me patiently, understood the process, and quickly gave me a satisfactory feedback.
