The hotel is clean and well located. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and varied, although the quality was not excellent. I did ask the waiter for poached or fried egg and they did not offer. The pool was ok, but some shadow was missed, and since it was quite hot it was difficult to have a nap for instance. All in all, I would recommend it for short stays with the huge plus that is family friendly.

Very friendly staff. room cleaning. Stunning sea views from both the room and the cafe terrace. The only drawback to the room with sea views is that it has 2 chairs but no table. We will return, we loved it. Very spacious room.

The hotel is on the outskirts, but you can reach the center in 10 minutes walking along the seafront as the hotel has access. The abundant and varied breakfast and the spectacular dining room on the top floor. The menu of the day is €16. All perfect

Todo genial, tuve un problema en la reserva con los días y me lo cambiaron sin problema alguno. La estancia en el hotel fue genial, las vistas desde nuestra habitación eran geniales

El lugar es bonito, había reservado habitación con vista al mar y no me la habían dado, tuve que bajar a pedirla. No me pusieron albornoz en la habitación. Tenía incluida media pensión y no me dieron postre, que estaba incluido.

La cena y el servicio bastante bien. En el salon del desayuno había bastante gente y me faltó mas variedad.

The room is quite spacious and clean. It was hot in the room because the sun hit it almost all day. Very friendly staff. The spa is small but enough to have a good time, correct food and cafeteria with views at a very reasonable price. We will be back

Almost new hotel located on the outskirts of Viveiro, near a small beach, and in front of another fairly old hotel of the same name. If you get a room with sea views, the terrace of the room is very pleasant. We had views of the road, so you have to take that detail into account when booking. The room is spacious and the bed is great, although you have to ask for another pillow because they are very low. The TVs are very small and a 10-year-old model. Good and normal bathroom in this type of hotel. The spa is small and very nice if there are few people, but if there are too many people you won't enjoy it because there is literally no room. We went with a Black Friday voucher and we didn't complain because the price was cheap, but otherwise it's a disaster. There were outraged people. They should have spaced out the groups of people more, or have someone controlling the schedules so they didn't overlap. The panoramic restaurant on the roof of the hotel is great, great quality of local products and friendly service, also with good prices, and the views of Viveiro Bay are spectacular. Highly recommended to eat or dine there à la carte. Finally, the breakfast buffet was very good, with many things, breads of all kinds, homemade cakes, natural juice, potato omelette, serrano ham and quality local cheeses, and the staff was very attentive to replenish everything. I recommend this hotel to, if you can, get a discount voucher, like we did: two rooms for four people, with spa and breakfast and parking for less than 200 euros. In addition, Viveiro is a very beautiful town to see and walk around on a weekend, in addition to the numerous beaches in the area.

The room is very spacious. With sofa and television. The bathroom is quite large and has a hairdryer, comb and shower cap. The truth is that I miss a couple of toothbrushes. On the other hand, the spa is quite small, it fills up quickly and you can't even move. On the other hand, it is outside the hotel, not too far but I do miss that it was inside like in other spa hotels I have visited.
