Spotless room, fully equipped! So spacious and comfortable. Every staff member provided excellent service. Delicious food with lots of variety, plus plenty of drinks. Fantastic atmosphere!

Friendly staff who greeted us warmly, remembered what I told them and helped arrange our spa. Very good location. Just a few minutes walk to the Mekong River Night Market and the Night Food Market. Amazing, must-try breakfast!

Repeated staycation. 1 thing to improve for this management‐during checkout, the male staff that was sitting at the front desk doesn't have any customer service. "No Hi, no thank you, no smile"

The hotel is in a good location and is clean. The service staff is super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and didn't get to check out the restaurants around the hotel. I would return to it if I need to make a stop at Vientiane again.

Nice and clean hotel. Location convenient to major attractions. Excellent buffet breakfast quality and spread. Good customer service. Will stay again. Didn’t check and assumed there’ll be a gym in the hotel but there isn’t unfortunately. Otherwise close to perfect stay

Not for those who like to sleep at night. I booked a king deluxe room for 2 nights. 1. The first night we had just arrived, very tired. We got to the room around 10 pm. You could hear the “ boom book boom “ from the club. 2. I went downstairs and asked the reception about it they said the city rule is the music has to stop at 11:30 3. As goes in Laos 12:20am the music was still going. We called the reception and asked why they had no use. We in the end had to change rooms. There was no king deluxe left so we had to downgrade to a smaller room. Not a big deal, but THE ROOM I BOOKED COST MORE. THE HOTEL REFUSED ANY COMPENSATION stating it was my choice to move rooms. I paid around $12 dollars more a night for a room I didn’t even get as if it was my fault it was loud outside. Trip reached out to them and they refused to cooperate. I would totally avoid this hotel. Bad service and LOUD.

The hotel was conveniently located near the night market and restaurants. The staff were very professional and the service was excellent. The room was clean and enjoyed all the amenities and there were plenty of them everything you could expect and more. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant was exceptional as well and I recommend the chocolate shouflet it was one of the.best desert ever. I would highly recomend this place although my wife would have enjoyed a tub rather than just a shower. There was one negative they were currently doing roadwork in front of the hotel but ths should be completed in the near future. I hghly recomend this hotel and looking forward to staying there again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. Easy to stroll to the front for a nice walk. Was a bit of work going on around the hotel but still so nice inside it's worth it to stay

Hotel was good but we only stayed one night because our flight was canceled and they even let us get refund! Breakfast buffet is good and staff is helpful. Would stay again.

everything in room was top notch! even a mini bar fridge stocked etc.. but the buffet breakfast was terrible you essentially have to order something off menu for it to resemble something edible..no coffee at continental..you essentially have to order it from what looked like a bar, the hostess was a bit snooty n rude like what kind of coffee would you like? i said . coffee i didnt understand why she didnt know what coffee was shes like an americano? i said whatever..its brkfast just give me some coffee omg.. later went to visit bar on 4th floor it was during open hours, nobody there nobody at bar heard ppl in back, some guy pokes head out of door sees me doesnt ask if he could help me, just nods and rows back in door, no one shows up i finally just left..service is way to non existant and too formal like their trying to be upscale to the point you cant even get service, was told there was a shuttle to airport for $12 few hours later asked for it they said it wasnt available?
