Good but before book you guys need to look at check out time first

Kettle in the room was spoilt and no water, tea or coffee was given. A bit far from the combini around.

I liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither. When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy. Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.

Between Sannomiya et shin Kobe , a good simple room very confortable for a solo traveler

It’s buged friendly hotel with great location. You just can walk for 10min to city center or nearby station. So comfordable and recommended for english speaker cuz the staff is good at english

New and clean place for an affordable stay in Kobe. The place is within walking distance and is located between Shin-Kobe station and Sannomiya station. There is a microwave oven in the room, but no breakfast service. You can buy own foods and warm it, or use the cafe in front of the hotel.

It’s about a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, but the route is not complicated and you’ll be there by walking straight on. You can borrow charging cables at the front desk and store your luggage, but the storage time after check-out is only until 12 noon on the same day.

The hygiene is very poor. The bedsheets from the previous guest were not changed and were directly used by the next guest. The most important thing is that there are some disgusting things stuck on the flyers. I reported it to the service desk but it was not changed in time. The reason was that the staff was off work. This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel in many visits to Japan (the hotel facilities are just decorations, and there is no place to plug in electricity)

Very lame, Livemax is probably the poor hotel in Japan🏨It looks OK from the outside, but it's dirty inside, small, broken, and sloppy. The blue quilt is not changed and is all patina. They only change it with a separate sheet. There are all kinds of movies on TV🎬. It's a disappointing night. It's as hard as staying in a green train. The price is not cheap. The only advantage is the good location
