Vienna Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Excellent location, very close to subway and also easy to reach center area by walking. Room is clean, breakfast is not good, few choices and low quality food.

Hotel is good, service is good, location is good, downstairs is an entire commercial street, but their business district closes early and closes at 7pm, and does not open on Sundays. Next to the parking lot, public transportation is also very convenient.

the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

The location is not very near to the train station if you carry big luggage to walk around. It’s not inside the city as well but you can get to the city within 20 mins, so it’s acceptable. Room was spacious, bright and clean. The breakfast buffet selection is rather limited. However, they have the ala carte eggs menu free to order which saves the breakfast quality. Next, the negative points. The receptionist guy (in specs & suits) was not helpful (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name because the staff here do not wear name tags). We stayed for 3 nights and we asked the guy to help us book the rooftop bar and he failed to do so for every single night. First night he said it was fully booked and said it would be available the next day. Next day, he said the bar was fully booked again. Third day, he wasn’t around and we asked a friendly female receptionist to help check the availability and she successfully made the booking for us. We went up on our last night and the bar was pretty much empty. It was a disappointing service and experience from the reception guy considering the high level of customer service claimed by Andaz.

As someone who’s traveled extensively, I’ve seen my share of beautiful hotels. Many shine on the surface, but very few have what this place has a soul. And that soul comes from the people. Breakfast, for instance, was an experience I won’t forget. Their Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t just about the dish. It was the way it was served, with care, with pride, and with the intent to make my morning special. To everyone who works here: thank you. You’re not just doing a job, you’re creating moments that stay with people. You turned my stay into something I’ll look back on with a smile, and that’s not something that happens everywhere. To anyone considering a stay in Vienna, know this: The Ritz-Carlton isn’t just a hotel where you’ll feel pampered, it’s a place where you’ll feel seen, valued, and at home. Experiences may fade, but the way this team made me feel will last forever.

Nice clean hotel, with excellant bed (firm), was the perfect location with most of the main sites within walking distance. Trams and metro all a few minutes from hotel if you are need to travel further out. Did not eat at hotel as we thought the cost of adding breakfast was far too expensive @ 30 Euro each per day. However there are local cafes and resturants that all serve excellant food, pastries and gourmet coffee for far less than half the cost. Highley recommend eating out, save money and you will enjoy quality food and local experiance. Hotel has wifi but on few occasion did not work, also the TV has Chromecast but could not connect. However these were minor issues as we were always out exploring this amazing city. would stay again.

Outstanding Location! It's unbelievable to find a hotel in such a great location, as it's just next to the famous St. Stephen's Cathedral in the heart of the city, surrounded by renowned restaurants, bars, and museums within walking distance. The room is bright and tidy, with a comfortable bed indeed. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They even shared a notice reminding us, as tourists, about changing to summer time a day prior - very thoughtful of them. Breakfast was nice and decent, with a great choice of proteins, breads, and fruits.

The room is relatively small. After unfolding a 26-inch suitcase, it seems very crowded. The layout of the bathroom bathtub, toilet and washbasin is also very crowded. There is no floor drain on the bathroom floor. When showering, water will splash out and form water accumulation. The floor will be slippery. Pay attention to safety. The hotel does not have disposable toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, but shower gel and shampoo are easy to use. The hotel has a parking lot, 35 euros/24 hours. The hotel has a sense of age and a very good location. It is next to the old town of Vienna. There is a park downstairs. It is very friendly to friends who like city walks; across the road is the U4 subway line, which can go directly to Schönbrunn Palace. The convenience of commuting can add a lot of points to the journey.

The location and service were top notch. The amenities were also from a great brand, so I was very satisfied. However, since this is a fairly prestigious hotel, you should be a little mindful of the dress code.
