the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

The hotel location is wonderful, and the staff is excellent. However, the room could benefit from new furniture, as the bed frame and bed appear quite old. The room's color scheme also feels outdated. Additionally, while the exterior of the hotel is currently yellow, a fresh and modern color design might enhance its appearance.

The location and service were top notch. The amenities were also from a great brand, so I was very satisfied. However, since this is a fairly prestigious hotel, you should be a little mindful of the dress code.

There was a male waiter with a bad attitude at breakfast. He collected the plates before the time came. I could hear him talking to other waiters about the customers who had just left. When we checked in, the TV in the entire hotel was not working, but there was no reminder when we checked in. We only told him after we asked. When we needed to apply for a late check-out, the front desk said that because the TV was broken, we could check out half an hour later. The facilities in the room were average. The hotel is a little old. But its good location and sound management has continued to attract customers. It takes less than a minute to walk to an underground station, which is just minutes away from all the hot spots. The hotel has undergone refurbishment. All amenities of a 4 stars hotel are there. The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful. A friend checked in at 7 a.m. was given room right away with no extra charge. The breakfast, a little pricey (€17), has a decent selection. The waiters are attentive.

Decent hotel at a great location. 4 mins walk from Schottentor station and the Straßebahn. You can also walk to most touristy locations. You do pay a lot for the location though. My room was super tiny and the bed wasn’t the best. The breakfast is mediocre though…. I was very disappointed by how tiny the selection is. Do NOT pay for breakfast. It’s not worth it at all and there are plenty of places you can go to nearby. If I come back to Vienna, I wouldn’t book this hotel again. It was way too expensive for what you get. Again, you pay for the location.
