I don’t know why is this hotel has 3*, for my opinion it supposed to be 4* Very nice design and beautiful warm room. Huge bed and great room size. Only one thing that we didn’t like was the closed door to the next room because we could hear all noise from our neighbors

Booked for a 3-bed room for 3 adult, the size of the room is limited, but for location wise, it’s awesome that train station just within 5 mins walking distance. Great choice for travellers going town or taking train.

Great location, just few minutes walk from the central station. But please be aware they don’t have a kettle for hot water in the room, and the coffee machine is quite dirty.

This hotel is in excellent position for the train station and underground as it’s right opposite which makes getting about really easy  Hotel staff very friendly and helpful  Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel Would fully recommend it

A very nice, modern and clean hotel to stay at during your trip to Vienna. The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel is perfect and very convenient to use public transportation to the city and trains to the airport.

The absence of private restroom facilities can be a real privacy concern for families on the go.

so good stay! We stayed 5days, we impressed with that inside room was always neat and cleanliness. But amenities are only hand/body soap so that you should buy. We wish there are slippers in the restroom.

The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the train station we walk abput 7mins and arrived at the hotel

The hotel is centrally located with excellent access to public transport, making it convenient for getting around. The property is very clean, and the facilities appear well-maintained. However, we encountered significant issues with our room. Initially, we were assigned the wrong room type, and after reporting this, we were given a room that was already occupied. The handling of the situation by the reception staff was poor.

Perfect location, just few mins away from the station. Staff is helpful, they offered to lend us the umbrella in the rainy weather and in general very helpful during checking in and out.

Location wise it is outside the ringstrasse; I chose this as I was arriving late by train into the main station so I don’t have to lug my bags far. For this I am pleased. In terms of sightseeing it is not that good, I prefer the location of the inner stadt.  The hotel is clean and good, comfy room, bed, ac n shower etc was fine. The bad part was there is no door to the shower area, which is weird, the shower was a tad small, water can splash out easily, the lack of door means there’s a strong draft during shower, the cold air drafts in immediately you stop the hot water you get cold air all around you (we travelled in late November).  There was no drinking water in the room, this seems to be a trend; there’s also shampoo/shower gel/conditioner all in 1, instead of separate, which again is weird but seems to be the trend, a pity Still a fine stay, just that there’s a few amenities lacking + a simple shower room door would be good

A really lovely hotel - room was lovely, bed very comfy, clean and breakfast set us up for the days sight seeing. Close to the military museum which was fabulous as our first port of call. Fabulous.
