Excellent location across from the main train station, three minute walk to a city train stop that takes you to the center in five minutes. Comfy and environmentally sound room with all you need except AC and in-room coffee. Coffee and an excellent breakfast spread are available in the lobby along with helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of shops nearby; you can get just about everything within three minutes.

The room was clean and quite spacious, with classic decor and a very large bed. However, it was quite cold on the day I checked in. After confirming that the air conditioning couldn't provide heat, I contacted the front desk. The receptionist on duty was unhelpful, stating they couldn't assist and seemed unaware of the issue. To add to that, the fire alarm went off while I was showering, forcing me to evacuate downstairs at 11 PM, which was quite a letdown. However, when I checked out and went to store my luggage, a different lady was at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel also boasts an excellent location. It's within walking distance to the station, which offers numerous small food vendors. The tram stop is also nearby, making it very convenient to travel around by tram. Overall, it was still a decent experience, and I would recommend it for short-term stays.
