Amazing hotel with canal view. can't fault the hotel. breakfast is average and good. enjoyed my stay

Because the reviews looked decent and it was very close to St. Mark's Square, I booked two nights. However, upon arrival, I found the room had a strange odor and was extremely small—so cramped that I couldn't even lay down a carry-on suitcase flat open. There were one or two small flies flying around, and the bathtub drain in the bathroom was very slow, possibly clogged with something. All the doors made creaking noises. So the next morning, I decided to check out early and booked another place instead. Due to the hotel's refund policy, they did not refund me for the second night I didn't stay. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Charming and cosy hotel. Size of the room was bigger than most European hotels. Clean bathroom. Aircon was abit warm - but we managed as we spent most of our day out and about

This hotel is great location. Also there is a nice bar inside.

The location is stellar and it was a very enjoyable hotel to stay at.

Walking distance from Rialto ferry station. Use goggle to help you . Nearby has supermarket and many restaurants. Super newer to San Macro Sq. Hotel- very clean and nice room. No toothbrush tho but the rest are awake . They even complimentary me a Prosecuo bottle as it’s my honey moon . So sweet ! Breakfast- complimentary. Variety is good. I had scramble egg and the crispy bacon was super good. If you have heavy luggage , take note that you will have to carry up and down a few flight of stairs when going to this hotel . Otherwise I recommend you after alighting at Rialto, turn to ur right… look for Max Mara… then from there goggle .. abit futher but only 1 flight of stairs .. dun be like me … follow the goggle map … carry thr luggage up and down 3 time … Dun really need to buy the 2 day unlimited ticket at 30E as actually can slowly walk from railway station to hotel … but with luggage … u can buy 1 way.. the rest juat walk slowly … save the euro for the food better . This is a very good hotel with good service and good location. !

Excellent hotel in the center of Venice. 3 minutes to the main square. Everything was as in the photo, the price is really super for this place. Large room, windows overlook the courtyard, nothing to see there) everything is close to home. Breakfasts are good! Checked in early, there is welcome water, slippers. Minibar for money! There is no iron or steamer in the hotel, you can only give things for money, this is very strange for 4 stars. They could have given a steamer, if not, then it is worth buying!

The location is questionable, right around the corner from San Marco, but the train station and car rental are about 30 minutes away. Breakfasts are very poor. The hotel is tired, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom with new plumbing. The option for one night is quite suitable.

Very nice hotel, super well located. We stayed there 3 nights. Very generous breakfast between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. 50 m from St. Mark's Square, everything is nearby and not very noisy. The small downside was that the suitcase was brought up for us, and the gentleman wouldn't leave if we didn't give us a piece... Nothing was missing in the room, the shower was a little small, I would have preferred the bathtub… but overall, nothing to say, I recommend it ☺️

I booked a triple room, but the hotel only provided two bottles of water. I can't understand this. I went to the front desk and asked, and the service staff said this was the hotel's rule. A little strange. The room was very cold and the heating didn't work at all. The cup is very thin and small. The extra bed is a very narrow sofa. The location is good, very close to St. Mark's Square. But the price is really not worth it when it’s cold in the off-season. You can live near the train station and buy a one-day ferry ticket to go sightseeing, which is more suitable.

Don't book a suite!!! The ceiling of the single bed is too depressing Don't have any communication with the front desk *** is a professional rip-off. He asked for 130 euros for two children. It's a rip-off. After more than 10 years, you can still encounter bad people in Venice!

The hotel is located about 3 minutes away from St. Mark's Square. The hotel is small, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. I recommend the double bed for single use for solo travelers. Only the bare minimum amenities are provided.
