Best location, next to a supermarket, restaurants, attractions. Good breakfast. The sofa and dinning chairs are old.

Great location. They use antique door key, not easy to open/ lock door. It’s got everything we needed, except no electric water kettle or coffee machine. Sofa bed, very springy. Mattress was a bit hard. Otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was included and it was ok. Took Gondola boat ride which was parked right next to the breakfast cafe.

Excellent location, just 2 mins walk from San Marco Square. Very convenient. Staff were helpful and responsive. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

It is very close to Piazza San Marco and easy to find. The hotel has a rich breakfast and the desserts are authentic. There are many people eating in the morning and the restaurant waiters are very diligent. The hotel room is very quiet

The hotel is in a great location, right by the canal. The room is large. We booked a superior suite for 3 people, which has 1 bedroom with a 1.5-meter bed, a sofa bed in the living room, enough for 1 person to sleep, and a dining room. From Novotel in Paris to Ibis in Switzerland to this hotel in Venice, we are very satisfied with this hotel, mainly because of its large area. Although we spend most of the day outside, the large room makes people feel more comfortable.

The location is excellent, with the canal outside the window and St. Mark's Square outside the door. The hotel is antique, the suite is large, and the facilities are complete and comfortable

They collected the city construction fee and also deducted the money from my credit card. I don’t know what’s going on. Is it that the waiter in front didn’t communicate with the waiter in the back?

I booked a double room at first, and then added a 10-year-old child to the trip. The hotel did not give me any upgrades, but added an extra sheet to the sofa, which cost 80 euros a day, and 240 euros for three nights. The attitude of the hotel front desk was average, and the breakfast had few varieties, but it was filling. The bed was soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. The only good thing is that the hotel is in a good location, right next to St. Mark's Square. I will never choose this hotel again when I come to Venice in the future. The boutique suite I booked was obviously very spacious, but the hotel said it could accommodate two adults, but not one adult and two children. The hotel supplier initially asked me to open another room, but later agreed to pay extra because my child was under 18 and could not live in a room alone. It felt like a rip-off.

Very bad staff, not interested in anything, check in to the room is slow and got a room that requires walking distance, take the elevator 2 times and walk up the stairs to carry the stuff to the room by yourself. When we got to the room, we stayed in this hotel during the winter with our family with a 4 year old child, but the heater didn't work. We went down to tell the staff but didn't get any help. Slept in the cold. In the morning, went down to eat food. The food was bad, didn't look fresh, no choice. The room was not clean, old and the service was bad. Not worth the price. We left the hotel early in the morning. Disappointed. Do not recommend this hotel.

The location is great, right in the center of Venice, next to St. Mark's Square. You can reach various attractions in a few steps. The decoration is very Venetian, with high ceilings, wooden floors, and quaint furniture. It's comfortable to look at. The suite is very spacious, fully equipped, and has a balcony with a view of the beautiful Venice scenery. The hotel staff are very friendly

The location is really good. However, the building is too old. It is clean, but I think the fixtures inside might have been from the 18th century... The location is really good, but if you take away the location...
