Great location and clean room with classic French/ venician design. Most importantly, the service at the front desk by Catherine & Jom they provide excellent and professionalism. 5 starts for their service and being sp helpful. Hotel breakfast is good and basic, and there is nothing much to comment on. Hotel room is good and well equipped our necessities. Highly recommended this hotel!!

I stayed in the single room. Everything was decent and enough. All the staff are kind and friendly. Would stay there again.

Stayed 8.02-10.02.25, room on the 4th floor, bathroom with a window, very warm. Good location, delicious breakfast, several types of cheese, sausage, ham, pastries, fruit, everything fresh and tasty. The room is clean with a view of the roofs and the city, on the top floor there is a terrace. 10 minutes walk to St. Mark's Square. The staff is friendly, you can leave your luggage. I would come back again, I recommend the hotel.

The room is small, like it's only for half a person.

A good small hotel in the center of Venice. From the station Varorretto Ca d'oro walk 5-8 minutes. The main attractions are relatively close, 15-20 minutes walk. Close to the Rialto bridge. There is breakfast. You can leave your luggage at the reception if you fly out in the evening and go for a walk.

Air conditioner is noisy

The location is just 20 minutes walk from Santa Lucia Station, and the plaza is also 10 minutes away, so it's perfect. There are many restaurants around, and be sure to eat a lot of food in the old wild west of Venice.
