Definitely not a 4 star hotel Non existent bar Room a bit sore Wouldn’t recommend it

Excellent location, the room is small, but clean and cozy, it feels like it has been recently renovated, there are two minuses - there is no tea and coffee set or welcome water in the room.

A wonderful experience with this hotel started with being put in a handicapped room. To all claims that we booked a regular room, the staff said that the hotel was sold out. But after half an hour they moved us to a normal room. By doing a "free" upgrade. When leaving, they demanded money for him. The hotel does not even have a complimentary bottle of water for visitors. The toilet in the room did not work. It was impossible to flush, the flush button did not function. For 2 days it was still not fixed. Plus, the staff constantly went out to smoke in the office, on which it was written no smoking, because of which the smell of cigarettes was constantly felt. The receptionist at check out completely ignored our problems, demanded money for a free upgrade and did not even apologize for the inconvenience.
