The hotel room is very clean and cozy, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and the hotel staff provide very professional and attentive service. The hotel is in a great location, with a large supermarket just 50 meters away, making shopping very convenient. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Good customer services

The room is very tiny and has no closet. The front desk cannot speak English very well. When I made a request 3 times for them to clean our room, they didn't do it. The breakfast is basic and nothing special. The staff are so lazy that they only use paper plates and everything else plastic because they don't want to have to clean up after guests. The only thing good about this hotel is the location but the hotel itself is a disappointment.

It's OK. There are not many types of breakfast, but there is a big supermarket opposite. There are many restaurants nearby. It's about 25 minutes by taxi from the airport.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good, hot water was available 24 hours a day, and there was an ice machine. We left the hotel halfway and could store our luggage. It was 15 minutes walk to Walmart and there was a big supermarket across the street. The service staff were very friendly. I would stay again.

I made a reservation because it was part of the Marriott group, but to be honest, it was a disappointment! First of all, the area around the facility was full of graffiti and electronic wire, and it looked very unsafe. The room had no amenities at all, and the bed was covered in hair and stains, and very dirty. I asked the receptionist to change the bedsheets, but a few minutes later, the cleaning lady yelled at me and told me to put the sheets on myself. When I told the receptionist about this, she changed the sheets, but she seemed very sulky and very rude. The breakfast also tasted terrible, it was really the worst. I booked for three nights, but the service was so bad that I paid the cancellation fee and checked out after one night. I don't regret this choice. 10,000 yen is too much for this quality, and the service is surprisingly poor considering it's a Marriott. I would never recommend this hotel

It is not far from the ancient city. It takes only three or four kilometers by taxi. The bus is also convenient. There is a supermarket opposite. It is similar to the domestic all-season Atour. Breakfast is available.
