Apart from the hiccup at arrival, the rest of the stay was great. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Food was great especially at Azzurro restaurant. The in water villa was superb. We did enjoy our stay greatly. Will definitely return in the future.

Inocean villa is perfect.

The whole trip was not very satisfying. First, the seaplane time I requested is at noon on the 22nd, so that I can have a half-day tour of Male. As a result, I was arranged for an early morning seaplane. The hotel said that because the time of the seaplane is not under their control, and the time of the next day's seaplane will only be known after 6pm before 1 day .Second, I don’t know whether the lock of my luggage was broken by the seaplane staff or the resort staff. Anyway, the lock on my luggage was completely missing between the seaplane and check in the resort. Third. neither the birthday room decorations nor the cake that was promised to me was delivered. I was sick that day, so I didn't remind or ask, but I think the hotel completely forgot, which is a big mistake. Fourth, I told that I am sick and uncomfortable, can I ask for some hot soup for breakfast? The front desk said that there is no way, you only can eat whatever the kitchen prepares, which I can understand, But the front desk didn't even have a word of concern and greeting! I feel so indifferent! I was very happy to choose you as my first vacation after the covid ,but now I feel that this is a complete mistake.

I personally think it is not as good as other islands of the same level. There are a lot of debris and branches on the beach of this island. It looks not much different from the beach of the inhabited island. Secondly, the sand house is very small, and the indoor area is very small. There is a bed on one side and a washroom on the other side. The bed side feels like 20 square meters. The security is not good. I put four imitation gold bracelets in my suitcase to match the skirt for taking pictures, and they all disappeared! The point is that I put them in the bag at the bottom of the suitcase. If no one goes to check the suitcase, it is impossible to disappear! Because the amount is small, I didn’t want to pursue it after giving feedback, but the real security is not good. The food is very bad! Extremely bad! Only the breakfast buffet drinks are free, which are the kind of blended ones, and they are very unpalatable. You have to pay for drinks for lunch and dinner. Only American and white water are free, and other drinks are required. The buffet is okay for fruits, and the other meals are almost the same for several days. There are many Indians and white people. The restaurant has no air conditioning. The perfume and body odor are blended together under high temperature... Imagine it yourself. But the water house is not bad, the restaurant environment is better, but there is no air conditioning, it is very hot. There are no fish near the water house, and the corals are completely bleached! I personally feel that the experience is very bad. I have to talk to the waiter for a long time to get water. I will not come again. You can go to other islands of the same level and price. Avoid this one directly...

We liked everything, the island was incredible. We liked Villa Playa more than in Ocean, there are things that could be improved but in general it was top notch.

Advantages: Western food tastes good, tableware is sterilized and scalded, the drinking water in the restaurant has no taste, and the price is more advantageous during the peak season; Disadvantages: The sand house room is a bit old, and the room I changed is better. The overall service does not meet the quasi-six-star standard (some are not particularly enthusiastic). There are basically no additional benefits when booking through Ctrip;

The restaurant waiter Appa was very enthusiastic and gave me and my child handmade necklaces and flying fish. We liked them very much. The hotel beach was white and fine, and there were hermit crabs. The children had a lot of fun.

The room is big and the bed is spacious. The private pool is also nice. The air conditioner is Daikin, which is very powerful. The drawback is that the toilet and shower are outside, there is no air conditioning, and there will be mosquitoes if the insecticide is not used frequently. In fact, installing a closed door in the corridor between the outdoor and the indoor can solve all the problems. The service is OK and the hygiene is very good. The beach sand is not too fine and the sea water is beautiful. The food is OK and it changes every day. The most attractive thing here is that as long as you pass the test, you can participate in free deep-sea snorkeling every day and see turtles. You still have to participate in the sunset cruise to see dolphins.

I have stayed in many hotels in the Maldives, and this one is worthy of its overall price. The sea near the beach is suitable for swimming, but forget about snorkeling, as a lot of corals are dead, there are not so many fish and scenery, the water villas are nice, and there are a few tamed sharks

We stayed here for nearly two weeks during the Christmas holidays, all the time in water villas. It was very convenient for snorkeling, the water villa restaurant was nice, the service was good, but the sand villa was just average.

We chose the hotel because we really like the Banyan Tree hotel chain. The island is beautiful, the villas on the island are small, with different equipment, but overall cozy. Almost all have their own pools (you need to carefully choose a room when booking). At first, we were placed in a very bad room with a bad entry into the sea and some kind of pipe by the beach, after several requests, we were moved to an excellent room with a beautiful shady garden. There is a villa area with a good beach (from 105 to 145 approximately), then an area with corals. There is a house reef, but it is not very big. They take you out to the big reef daily for snorkeling (if the weather permits). The water villas seemed more modern in size and equipment. The hotel is generally not bad, but the service requires improvement! They are not at all attentive to the requests of guests! The restaurant staff works very slowly. If you order a bottle of wine for dinner, they will bring it just at the end of the dinner(( While snorkeling we saw turtles, sharks, rays and mantas. The sea is magnificent!

The room type is good, but the service, activities and meals need to be improved.
