The amenities are not available. Dinner and breakfast buffet was all cold. During buffet they do not provide a la carte. The property is not at all maintained and is unclean and smelly.

The duty manager was extremely helpful and provided us with amazing experience right from start of my stay. From the moment I arrived, there warm welcome set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. The Mocktails which are crafted very well by ANARAM for eg pomegranate margarita (in photo). Apart from other team members are fabulously working on continuous improvement of the restaurant. I see the food & experience is continuously growing in daily basis (as i visit Zodiac 2-3 times a week) The lost of words couldn't appreciate more...

Good experience in Vapi! I had a comfortable stay in a clean and well-maintained room. The breakfast buffet offers both Indian-style and Western-style options. To add one last thing, Subhasis, Akanksha, Arwa and Suraj are friendly staffs and support me during wy stay.

Amazing food and service. The staff is very nice. We were served by Mr. anaram and he provided us with amazing service. Highly recommended. The buffet had a huge variety. Even the rooms are amazing and the staff has a prompt response to all our needs or issues if any

Food is great and rooms are always clean. Swati always welcome with a smile and Mr. Ajit is always there to ensure the quality and hygiene is maintained. Kudos to the entire team and yes it is the best place to stay in Vapi and don't miss out on breakfast.

Narendra kumar, Kuldeep and the chef were amazing. They helped with my food preferences and went out of their way to help. Nothing fancy but does the job with courteous staff and clean rooms! Overall a good business hotel for a short stay in Vapi.

"Their restaurant, Zodiac, serves some of the best food I’ve ever had—flavourful yet prepared with less oil and spices, without compromising on taste, and in fact, better than many other places. The staff, especially Narendra and his team, were consistently attentive and helpful. I would like to sincerely thank them for their excellent service."
