Lacasa Vang Vieng Hotel Reviews

The room was huge and I think we even got upgraded to a family room. The bathroom was also large but as per most accommodation in Vang Vieng there was no separation between shower and toilet. Breakfast was limited options, sadly nothing local on the menu. Also should inform guests about housekeeping, we were told that we needed to leave the key if we wanted our room serviced which we only found out when we requested a change in our towels. Overall good value for what you pay for.

The location is not on the main street. It is very quiet. Most of the hotels on the main street are close to the highway. It is very noisy. This hotel is in the village. There are vegetable stalls selling vegetables next to each other in the early morning. It is quite interesting. The room is large. The front desk has been upgraded. There is one large single bed each. The room is very large and very clean. The bathroom door is broken and cannot be closed. There is no dry and wet separation. Secondly, the bed sheets are too old and seriously yellowed. The bath towels are even older. Simple is an appropriate description. There are seven rooms in total. They were renovated by Laotian people. There is nothing to eat for breakfast. It's close to the Mekong River. It's nice to walk around. It's not far from the high-speed rail. It's next to the temple. Hotels in Vang Vieng all increase prices at random. This one is a B&B. It's very small and the swimming pool is average.

Cool air conditioning, has a TV that can watch YouTube, closet, clean refrigerator. Breakfast just eggs Can eat to fill the stomach but not full There are many European tourists. There is a swimming pool.

The hotel was near the entrance to the city, but it was pretty clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. On the way back, we took a bus to Vientiane.

They changed me to a place that was not like the picture but the service was okay.

Ctrip's hotel introduced that the hotel has Chinese services, so I placed an order for one night (non-refundable). When I arrived at the hotel, there was a man at the front desk who didn't understand Chinese at all and couldn't communicate. I showed him the Ctrip paid order (English interface), but he said he didn't know and insisted on making me pay the room fee on the spot. His attitude was not very friendly and he never smiled. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and the reply later said that Ctrip had contacted the partner but the partner could not contact the hotel and asked me to wait. I said that I was no longer staying at his house anyway, and it didn’t matter whether the room fee was refunded or not. Later, the customer service called again and said that the partner would not refund the room fee, so Ctrip refunded half of it to me. I'm just describing the process without commenting on any party. Ctrip’s customer service attitude and efficiency are still very good.

Located right in the centre, a short walk from everything you could need. The family who own the hotel were so helpful and attentive, even booking our bus for us when we left. Nothing was too much trouble! Great value for money. The pool was amazing and had the sun on it all day. Lots of options for breakfast and tea & coffee available to help yourself to all day. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom, which was cleaned daily. 10/10 would stay again!

David and his staff were amazing. Organised great tours for us and were very supportive and friendly. Great location. The room is spacious. There is a sofa in the room. The swimming pool is clean. The staff is enthusiastic. Guide me to buy tickets. Thank you, the boss is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I will come back here.
