The hotel and services are very nice. Public areas are beautiful. Our room was a litt disappointing, but was ok. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown.

The truth is that we expected more for the price.
Terrible mattress, lukewarm water, very poor cleaning service and cold room…

The hotel is very run down and the bathroom only has shampoo. Many essential amenities in a four star hotel were missing.

We had a one-night stay during a brief visit to Granada. This is a very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The location is central so easy to walk around the bars and alongside the river. Nice bar. As we are in the area regularly we will visit again.

nice & elegant hotel location is good about 15 min. walk to old city. entrance lobby is small but there is lobby bar with many seating ; ground floor also the swimming pool ; the parking is small for maybe 8 cars !! rooms are fine ; there is 2 parts ; the new one is where the spa located. bathrooms are nice with nice shampoo & shower gel. clean hotel & rooms. breakfast is good in 4 floor ; very nice staff & polite ; as we being with group the reservation mrs nasrawin was very helpful & top proffisional. of course coming back.

I made an honest mistake when booking on the last minute at 9 pm. and booked for the same night instead of the next day and the hotel kept my money and did not accept to change the reservation for it was a non refundable fee! The hotel phone number was not available and they didn’t even take the trouble of responding my email! I consider this a huge lack of consideration for the client and will never consider or recommend it to anyone!!

Worst hotel experience in Spain. I had booked a double bed and when we got there I was allocated a small room with three single beds, more like a dormitory than a hotel room. When I went to reception to request what I had booked I was shouted at by the day staff Not just rude but offensive as they blamed me for not reading the small print. I had selected the most expensive room on offer but had the worst. Definitely not 4 star.

The Hotel Los Angeles was an ok hotel. It’s a nice looking hotel, the pool is nice and some of the rooms have balconies. My room was nice, I liked it. The floor I was on, smelled disgusting though. I don’t know what is was, but something about it was off. The dinner and breakfast was also not very good at all. I wouldn’t come here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

When I arrived, the reception desk clerk never made an eye contact with me, gave me the key card and pointed to the left and said to go to the elevator, without ever looking at me. All right, I went to the left: the first elevator doesn’t go to the floor I need, I keep going, the second one- doesn’t go there either. The third one did. The 6 th floor gave off pretty bad smell, the toilet smell. The room small and everything dilapidated, I’ll attach pictures. Some kind of contraption on the window to regulate the blinds that goes only one direction ( see image), but worst of all, the A/C blows air all right, but just room temperature. Toilet seat either dirty or stained and looooong overdue to be replaced. So… that’s my experience.

Hotel is very old, run down and funny structure. No dry amenities, no drinking water, no kettle etc. practically is an empty room. Located in the mid mountain and accessibility is an issue. I felt very uneasy at the beginning because felt a bit spooky.

We arrived at the hotel to be given a room where someone had obviously been smoking, the room also had not been cleaned properly, complained and given another room, got to this room which had dirty towels and someone d Had been lying on the bed, the housekeeper the found us another room, which although OK was very tired looking, the balcony clearly had not been cleaned in ages, a plug socket was hanging off the wall. At night there are night lights above the curtains which you cannot turn off. The breakfast was really very basic. Having come from an excellent 4 star hotel in Sevilla there is no way this could be considered a 4 star hotel, it might have been 20 years ago but not today, who gives these places their star rating and how often are they inspected! Lastly it is too far away from anything to be considered a convenient place to stay when visiting Granada.
