When we arrived the front office was closed and I called them they said all rooms were occupied .I didn’t do any confirmation before I arrived .then they asked the booking number and finally they gave us our rooms but the key didn’t work n they had to break the door.the worst experience I ever had

My friend enjoyed her stay in this hotel even though she had trouble communicating with the owner for check in at first. She arrived around 2-3am and no reception available when she called the contact number posted outside the main door, they had a bit misunderstanding because the owner can’t speak and understand English so well. Must have whatsapp or wechat app to communicate with them because on that app they will send you the pw and details of the designated room for the guest. Thanks

Very difficult to check-in cause Nobody present to do so ?! 2 1/2 hours to get assistant ;;

The check in was not that easy because aside from the owner doesnt know how to say english, The only person who was there was the cleaner. Tried calling but we can’t talk. Good thing the cleaner to download We Chat so that i can communicate with the owner via messaging. I was able to check after I giver her the downloaded file of the bookings- make sure you have it.

The aircon blows dirt and dont have attendant nearby and neede to download we chat to communicate because the lady doesnt understand english

Booked a double room without windows for 1 night, price 1,758.02฿, but when checking in, the room with 1 large bed, asked to be charged an additional 100HKD for the large room because the owner gave the reason that the room chosen was full, so he gave a larger room and charged another 100HKD for the deposit before checking out, which will be refunded. But we informed the staff there that if the price has to be increased, it will be canceled and will be reported to Trip.com, which the staff called to inform the owner, who agreed not to charge an additional fee. But when checking out today, we did not get the 100HKD back as agreed and gave the same reason that we got a large room, which is a great advantage to consumers. We made the reservation correctly and paid by credit card. If Trip.com was full from the beginning, there would be information to see. But the room booked through Trip.com is still available, which makes us think that this accommodation will take advantage of customers by charging additional fees later. And the room next door, the son came to stay with his mother, who is quite old at No period, but the staff came out to inform us when checking out that there was a blood stain on the end of the bed sheet, but we looked at it as a professional nurse, still saw that it was an old blood stain on the end of the blanket at the end of the bed inside and the staff will charge additional compensation from the guest. It has been seen that these 2 incidents indicate dishonesty. The business owner will collect money later. And the sign in front of the room, the elevator entrance and exit, also took off the paper sign with the word "Hotel" to avoid paying VAT% or when selling through Trip.com, upgrading the level of bookings because it is seen as an inexpensive hotel. But in reality, the owner of this accommodation is selfish and takes advantage of consumers the most. Definitely do not recommend staying here. Warning!!! Blacklist!!!
