Location is very close to Utsunomiya station . The hotel rooms are very clean and the sheets are all white and look like new.

The hotel is generally new and clean. The rooms have slightly low ceilings but are functional, and the bathroom is easy to use. It takes 9 minutes to walk from the station. However, the atmosphere along the way isn’t great due to solicitors from girls’ bars. That said, the service at the hotel is good, and the price is reasonable.

although location is 5-10 minutes away from main utsunomiya station, it is one of the better hotels I've stayed at around the station.

Breakfast? Only 4 kinds of small bread and drinks. The TV in the room is hard to watch if you are sitting in the chair facing the desk. There is no folding chair to put your suitcase on.

I have stayed in UNIZO hotels before, so I booked a room with confidence this time. However, I didn't expect that the location had very poor living facilities. There was only one convenience store and almost no other shops or restaurants. It took more than ten minutes to walk to the JR station. The equipment in the room also left me speechless. There was no socket on the small desk, and only an extension cord was attached, so we could only put our 3C devices on the ground to charge. There is no countertop in the bathroom, so toiletries have to be placed on the toilet. I couldn't find a suitable and safe place to boil hot water, which was very disappointing.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were very nice. The building and rooms were new and clean. The only thing that was disappointing was that the linens (pillows, nightwear, towels) smelled bad. You have to take your nightwear from the storage area next to the front desk, but when I tried to put it on, there was a reddish-brown stain on the strings, which was a bit disgusting. I asked the front desk staff about it and they were very accommodating. The nightwear I took back to my room also had a yellowed collar and the smell bothered me, so I ended up not wearing it. The free bread and coffee at breakfast was a nice touch. The bread was also very delicious. The amenities were minimal, so I thought women would be pleased if they had cleansing products, face masks, cotton swabs, etc.

Everything is there, simple and considerate design, counter service is ok, simple and fast, comfortable for business and youth hostels, I am very satisfied with staying here for four days, I will definitely choose Unizo when I come to Utsunomiya again

It's a 5-minute walk from the station. It's convenient. It's clean and hygienic. The service is very good. There's a washing machine. It's also very convenient to go to Nikko and Kinugawa. The price/performance ratio is very good. I will stay here again next time. Recommended

I originally only stayed for one night, but I didn't catch the Shinkansen to Morioka the next day, so I stayed for an extra night. Thank you very much to the front desk staff for helping arrange the room. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It was a clean hotel, the location was within walking distance to the station, and everything except breakfast was perfect. The view from the window was the sun rising and a beautiful sunrise, nothing to complain about!
