Outdated but clean hotel. Location was very convenient as it was right in the downtown area.

Lotte Hotel, which has a more beautiful night view. It is old and doesn't have many facilities, but it is clean. There is no place better than Lotte for a quick stay in the city.

It was a great trip for just the two of us to quietly heal~~ The breakfast was good, the cocktails in the lounge at night had a great atmosphere, and it was a great place to go for a relaxing trip where you can shop at the department store right next door, work out at the gym, and enjoy the sauna all in one go~~ㅎㅎ

It was really good!!!!! It's in the center of Ulsan, so transportation is good, it's safe, and I slept really well!! I wanted to stay in such a nice room for a few more days, but I couldn't, so it was a shame

First of all, the location was great. It was spacious and comfortable. There is an additional cost for the Ferris wheel view room. Still, the Ferris wheel was so pretty at night that I took the risk and used it. If you want to stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the best place. It’s close to the airport too.

I’m so glad that there is a luxury hotel in Ulsan. The room is basic, but the size of the room is not small, and the TV is big. It is very convenient as it is connected to Lotte Department Store.

The location was great so it was easily accessible wherever I went. As expected from a 5-star hotel, the staff are very friendly.

This place is only a 5-star hotel, but there are only 2 check-in fronts, and they don't care whether guests wait or not. If you get delayed at check-in, you have to be prepared to wait for over 10 minutes. And I checked in and got the key, but the door wouldn't open... I ended up opening it with the master key. .. And you’re giving me an upgrade at that late hour? What a 5-star hotel. I will never go there again.

The staff are so kind. Thanks to that, I was able to solve some inconveniences and stay comfortably! ah! I think it would be better if there were 2 card keys.

It was my first time going to Ulsan. I couldn't stop watching the Ferris wheel view!! I got out of the parking lot and went to the elevator. It smelled good. It's a good hotel. Reason 1 to go again... If I come to Ulsan again next time, I will book Lotte Hotel Ulsan again. It could be because it was a weekday, but I went from the parking lot to the hotel, so parking was very convenient. Finally, it was nice that they were so kind until check-out. Lotte Hotel Ulsan is the best hahaha gogo
