Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. Room 5012: Comfortable bed, stunning balcony view, great air-conditioning, smooth WiFi connection. Amenities: There's a meeting room and restaurant just beside the reception counter. Good • Approximately 12mins walking distance to Losari Beach. • Nearby convenient store, Indomaret and Alfamart. • Nearby cafe, Republik Kopi. • Nearby places to eat, Mas Daeng, Sate Gaga, RM Bahari. Bad • The balcony door wasn't locked and unable to lock. • Toilet water at times very little pressure. • The room has a door that links to another room(501). • Toiletries not provided. I don't know how this hotel got a good rating, but something unexpected happened during my stay. It was on a Saturday late night, a group of teenagers were having party in their room(501), they were drinking and smoking in the room, making so much noise and playing loud music, the worst part was they knocked on my room door 2-3 times when I was sleeping. They were not only making noise in their room but also in the corridor, they were screaming and shouting. Probably, the counter/security personnel needs to do a patrol after 12 midnight on each floor, especially on a Saturday night, to ensure minimal noise pollution.

The ac was constantly not working. The staff was very helpful though

Good, it's not a waste to check in at this hotel.

The receptionist and security guard were friendly, we were given an early check-in dispensation, we arrived at 11, we waited a while, at 11.30 we were allowed to check in even though it should have been at 14.00, there was a welcome drink in the lobby, the water was strong like a fire engine, it was really cool. The room was clean, there were no sandals, there were 4 clothes hangers, it was pretty good

The location is strategic but you can only get a room with a less than good view.

Strategic location and comfortable place, friendly hotel staff, just a little disturbed by the sound of friction from above and next to the room

The rooms are a bit dated, the furniture is a bit worn, but the bed is comfortable. The Deluxe room is very spacious. The most positive thing is the staff: friendly but above all very willing to help. We needed fast wifi for video calls and they provided us with a dedicated modem. Special mention for Dinda, who speaks excellent English and also helped us remotely via Whatsapp.

Clean, spacious, there is a mini kitchen that can cook, the air conditioner is cold but unfortunately you can't adjust the temperature so you're shivering inside, luckily you can turn it off and on, apart from that, there's nothing else, anyway, it's really good, I'll come back often hehe

The room is large, the facilities are old, the sheets are not very clean, and there is a bit of mold in the room
