Clean and service very good

The rooms are quite spacious and clean, the food is quite tasty, and the location is strategic. However, the room amenities are not representative of a 4- or 5-star hotel. The housekeeping department doesn't provide towels after the room is cleaned.

The service is bad, far from Hyatt standards, especially the reception. I don't know Hyatt's own regulations.

Is this really a Hyatt? The people at the headquarters should stay here. The staff don't know anything either, I think they're lacking in knowledge.

Good location, the hotel is new, well-equipped and clean. The gym is small but it is good to be able to exercise and rest during the trip. There are many breakfast options, including famous local snacks. If you don't have time to go out or are worried about the hygiene outside, eating in the hotel is a good choice. The taste is pretty good. The small bowl in the middle is a local dish of Makassar, and the chicken soup and chicken porridge on the left and right are available in every place.
